  1. Why on earth would a Poole fan call themselves Brandon Bob? Like calling yourself pirates4eva and supporting Belle Vue.
  2. The meeting will not be called off. The track will be fine. Both teams will give it their best shot. If we are not good enough this time around then fair enough. Let's face it Pirates have done brilliantly to get where we are with this team and praise should go to Middlo for getting the best out of these riders to make the playoffs against the odds without a number one.
  3. Hoping the Pirates give a good account of ourselves. Given that we have had what is for us a torrid season, it would be quite remarkable to win tomorrow and actually make the final. Although unlikely, it is within the realms of being a reality. We are without a number one and that is our problem. No one to really challenge Swindons top two or three riders. However, if the whole team turnup ready to do battle, maybe there's just a chance. Whatever the result I will be there cheering the boys on. Give it your best shot lads. Let's cause an upset!
  4. He did big time. Perhaps he needs to return to British speedway next season to keep him sharp.
  5. Well that silenced the crowd! Thought Zengota might choke but he did the biz. Got that right Ghostwalker. Good call Screm. A second place for Leszno will be enough.
  6. Well you have proved you are the idiot on this thread moosh as everyone agrees with me.
  7. Very disappointing meeting sorry to say. This track isn't a patch on several Polish tracks and today has proved it. Some hard riding but passing at a premium. Yes the closeness of the aggregate scores helps generate some tension more than the racing. Lets hope for a blinding finish.
  8. Get stuffed. If you think this is great so be it but its not a patch on many of the meetings broadcast this year in the Polish league. Just because its the final doesn't make the racing great.
  9. Pretty poor meeting to be honest. A couple of good races with Emil and Kolodziej but lots of gate and go on a track not producing very exciting racing. Hope this doesn't just fizzle out.
  10. And what if Poole go and win on Monday? What will be your response if that happens? As for Ellis dad, I could give as much of a care for his opinion as I do yours!
  11. Swindon are self imploding at the very worst possible time. Doyle off form (or more likely saving his best for the GPs), Bellego now showing the form most expected, BWD telling the Swindon management where to go after they refused to use him. Perfect time for a resurgent Pirates to visit. If all the Poole boys can give it their very best shot there's nothing to fear and we could shock the speedway world by winning at Blunsdon and reaching the final.
  12. Matt Ford put his hand up straight away with the Proctor error at Peterborough. I am sure if Poole had not given enough rides to a rider there would have been a press release from the Poole management and not silence. Anyway by chancc it didn't effect the final outcome. Would have been outrageous if Swindon had got a heat -5 3-3 to have gone through by a point.
  13. Looking forward to you saying the same to us on Monday night. Truth is I have never had anything against Swindon but don't like all this nonsense. They have a strong enough team to win it fairly so why going about acting in such a way? It is unnecessary and tarnishes anything they do win.
  14. He should ride. There's no reason why he shouldn't. Justice prevailed tonight. Swindon not once acknowledged they cheated in the first leg. They didn't put their hands up and admit their mistake and ask for the score to be ammended. They said nothing and if they had gone through by a point, which could have happened, it would have been extremely unfair on Belle Vue. They could easily have used BWD tonight but fancied THJ instead. It bit them on the arse. Good karma that. So instead of BWD getting track time, if he rides on Monday, the teams will be fair. No ringers, just the correct riders for both teams. And no complaints at all. Well, we will have to wait and see on that last sentence. Sure we will find something.
  15. Of course. Swindon are overwhelming favourites on Monday. If Pirates can hit them hard straight away we might, just might, cause Swindon to choke. David Bellego's form has dropped at just the right time.
  16. What's the betting BWD is now somehow, miraculously, fit to ride on Monday?
  17. Justice is served up in one big dollop. With any luck, in 72 hours time Swindons season will be over.
  18. That will be ok then. As its not speedway related you will have to go with a nl 6 pointer!
