Poor crowd. A load of Poles in the event, at a Polish venue with Polish organisers and the place is not even a third full. Crowds at Torun this year have not been great but this crowd is rubbish.

Nicolai was very proud to qualify for the SEC series and probably feels he has nothing to lose. If it fails well he is injured, if a success it was the right call to give it a go. As long as he doesn't make matters worse..........

Rob, whilst he would undoubtably make us stronger, there comes a time when we have to move on. We cannot leave a space open on the whim of a rider who has basically stuck two fingers up to everything British. No British league, no British Final, no British SWC. Guess what Tai? No British place for you in future, even if you decided you wanted to grace us with your presence in the future. Best bet is for him to take another holiday, and worry about making sure he gets that 8th place in the GP series. And leave the TeamGB berths to those that would give anything to take part.

Be great if it came back to the NSS. Great weekend last year. But no Woffinden thanks. He shouldn't be considered again. Move on without him. He can't be arsed to ride this year, the manager should not consider him next year. Use the youngsters instead.

Before the heat Hans was by the pit gate with his mechanic doing something rather urgently to Hans back wheel. With the clock at 20 seconds Hans just left and sped around to the gate. Clearly the work being done hadn't been finished and off came the chain before the first bend.

Pretty sure the £9.99 got more people through the gate at Poole on Monday. But if the promoters could have just afforded to bite the bullet and opened the gates for free on this one occassion when the cameras are in town it would pack out the stadiums and maybe entice new fans in future. Speculate to accumulate!

Completely predictable. Brum, we have clashed many times on here but I have never had an issue with you. (Other than going on and on about KK)I respect your posts mostly. Heres a name not yet mentioned and who is riding well in Sweden. Mads K. No idea what his average is but a decent replacement for an injured Klindt.

The only guy capable of replacing Klindt.....is Klindt. Can't think of a single rider out there with the scoring potential of Klindt on that average.

Think his riding shouts louder than anything Matt Ford could say. Ipswich wanted him but his schedule meant he would have missed about a dozen meetings. Sheffield might work for him but don't Panthers ride on a Sunday? His continental commitments would get in the way. Certainly a talent that needs much more racing than Poole once in a blue moon.

KK returns on his season starting average. Klindt, if unfortunately out for the rest of the season, has an official new average so we can use his new higher average for a new rider.

Why would the council close it down? They are supportive of speedway in the town. And they own the stadium.

Agree racing was rubbish tonight. Far better meeting last week against Leicester. Belle Vue riders too quick and gone. Good team. If fast riders lead out the tapes its rarely an entertaining race anywhere as they disappear into the distance.
