I should think all Poole fans would want KK over Morris today. But if KK was suddenly announced to ride you can bet there would be a few moaning at his inclusion because we are letting down a booked guest, and crying foul because he wasn't in the declared team for these fixtures. Anyway its all pointless as he is not here until Sunday at Swindon.

Weather is good this morning for the first ever league encounter between these two clubs. Should be a good crowd down at the stadium this morning. Poole to win and take the three points is my prediction. Shame that we are not full strength and we will miss KK today, especially tonight in the second meeting though Morris will do his best I am sure. Not arrogance. Knowledge of Morris at Poole compared to KK. Not in the same class at Poole. Normally score 4-6 points a meeting here. An off form KK is worth more than that. KK showed good form at Leicester as well. I hope Morris has a blinder tomorrow. But at the end of the season KK will be near the top of the averages, Morris won't.

No he doesn't. KK would go through the card in both meetings. Somerset don't have a number one capable of beating him. Anyone who says Morris strengthens Poole is clearly lacking knowledge or on a windup. Last week the usuals were saying Poole got lucky against a weaker Leicester. Now without our number one, who is replaced by a third heat leader/second string, we are stronger! We can't win with some people whichever way it is. Up the Pirates!

Not really the place to bring in a seat. The grandstand will be full but if you are there early you will get a seat. The first and second bends are standing and will be several deep. If you get there early at the front I guess you could put up a seat but you will have people standing closely next to you.

All the forecasts I have seen show it as a dry day in Poole though heavily overcast. Rather that than bright sunshine. You can bet it will be underwatered and slick by heat 7.

From what my expectations were pre season, to what we are actually witnessing, couldn't be further apart. I was expecting him to struggle to score a point and be carried by the second reserve. What we have got is an accomplished rider who isn't the greatest of gaters, but with enough finesse on a bike to be able to turn it tightly or let it go. Interestingly he will not be riding any other league this year, as he has a full weekend diary on the continent with grass track and long track commitments. Isn't it great we are able to talk about young Brits coming through? Long may it continue.

A very brave prediction there Starman. You will be the one looking the numpty if you get turned over at their place. And there's every chance that could happen.

But really why aren't the submitted teams scrutinised by the scb before a meeting to make sure they conform to the rules?
