  1. No doubt. At Macds in Hyde Road. Took over 6 hours to get here.
  2. No he doesnt unless he scores big! You cannot have accurate assumptions from only three visits. To believe Bates would score more is frankly naive.
  3. Its a troll comment. There is exactly the same to do here as every other town plus the beaches and Jurassic coast. Why do people come here on holiday?
  4. You cant compare over just three meetings and who the riders were up against? My Newman/Holder analogy is spot on. Give me Klindt over Bates at any track with the exception of Sheffield.
  5. Again how any numpty can say Bates is a better option than Klindt knows little about the sport. Like saying Holder has had three meeting at Monmore and scored badly, and Newman three good ones so Newman guesting for Kings Lynn makes Lynn stronger. Bates isnt in the same class as Klindt. Period. Regardless of what has been scored there recently.
  6. Me and Rob now coming up. Without Andersen it was pointless in making the 10 hour round trip. Have to say Batchelor is not a good choice. Feel his best is long gone. Don't expect to get a point out of this but enjoy the racing here so as long as the track produces some exciting stuff we can't complain.
  7. It is a complete nonsense. If a muslim wanted to blow up the fans why bother going into the stadium? They would just blow everyone up in the queue instead! Utter ridiculous guff and it will affect crowds. Easier to go to the beach or Dolphin centre to kill people. Oh dear. Troll Gavan comes on the Poole thread to slag off Newman tonight at Ipswich, who then ends up One of the highest scorers with paid nine. The guy just doesn't have a clue.
  8. Crowds at Poole have been poor this year no doubt about it. The Darcy meeting fiasco, huge gaps in the fixture list, poor weather and now horrendous and unnecassary anti terrorist searches when entering the stadium all add to people not bothering. Oh, and the weakening of the product.
  9. Having watched a next to useless Thorsell last night at Poole, the club are making an error dropping Karpov.
  10. Not sure but really do you think his Polish club will allow one of their prize assets to sign over here? Even if he wanted to come I am sure he would be blocked. More chance Predzpelski.
  11. Well he hasn't managed it before at Poole so probably unlikely. Andersen and Kurtz would have probably seen him off. Lindgren is a good rider. Just not normally at Poole. Same as Chris Holder at Monmore.
  12. But there was no one else with as low an average. If we wanted Klindt at reserve Shanes was the best choice, and he hasn't let the club or himself down.
  13. Thorsell probably 11 at home but was beaten by Shanes from the back in the ES meeting. Poor tonight as well.
  14. Bridger? Lol! He can't even get decent scores for Berwick. His career is now over. Leicester in two weeks time are no threat to us at home.
  15. You are running around like a headless chicken. The league is not won in June. We won tonight. Savour the moment. We could and should have lost but we didn't and by the time Leicester come in two weeks Klindt might be OK. Even if he isn't we will still get the three points there. No panic required or rash decisions. After that we can see if KK has recovered and is ready to go, or whether Zengota is doing a good enough job. We only have to make 4th to be in with a shout. Just relax and don't get so stressed.
  16. It's the truth. Wolves failed to take advantage even when it was on a plate for them tonight.
  17. How about you pointing out in inadequacies of Thorsell? A world beater at home and hides under a stone away from Monmore? A far lesser rider than KK.
  18. Lindgren has been on great form before when he has arrived at Poole and gone missing. Impossible to say he will suddenly ride the track well when he never has before. Wolves will never have a better chance to win than tonight but choked good and proper when it really mattered.
  19. As well as much better scores. But I guess this somehow gives you a chance to get back onto your favourite topic of slagging off KK.
  20. Wolves got lucky tonight. With Klindt and Lindgren both riding Wolves would probably not have got a point.
  21. Lindgrens recent scores at Poole. 2017. 9+1 from 5 Shield. 2016. 7+1 from 5 playoff 11 from 5 elb 8+1 from 5 ela 2015 6+1 from 5 elb 5 from 4 ela Lindgren is not good at Poole as I have just shown.
  22. Agree Kyle trying to battle tonight but clearly not match fit. Bates woeful which nearly led to defeat. How we won that is anyones guess. Wolves should have come away with three points. Don't think it was Lindgren/Klindt missing which equalled it out. Both teams had number ones missing and the replacements scoring far less than hoped. Pooles problem on top of that was a free scoring reserve not being available. We could have covered for Zengota's score with Klindt riding but the team was extremely weak with his absence.
  23. You could turn that around and say how lucky were Wolves tonight getting a point. Klindt would easily have scored double figures to see Poole reach 52-53 points. Works both ways.
