You really don't read my posts through do you. I picked you up on this last week on another thread. Where on earth have I said Andersen is better? I said Andersen beat him last Saturday after riding totally crap at Brandon. How should that happen if Emil is that good? He should have picked Andersen off for fun. He didn't even make the semis. I know I am in the minority with my opinion of Emil but I just don't rate him that highly. There are better riders out there now, Imo and I don't believe he will mount a serious World title challenge in his career. Dudek is a better rider than Saifudinof imo.

I believe he is over hyped. A very good rider, absolutely. Same as Vaculik is. But his progression was stopped due to injury and then he followed it up by pulling out of the GP series and attempting to win the SEC, a meaningless event in comparison, instead. Even Hans Andersen beat him on Saturday, 24 hours after his abysmal performance at Brandon. I personally don't think he has what it takes to win the WC.

Harsh and slightly unfair comments on Woryna. He was trying hard in every heat he was in. Far worse riders in the Coventry team like Roynon, Barker and Bates. If these three put in half the effort of Woryna the score would have been closer. Whoever the 4 are, they will finish adrift at the bottom in the final. And to think there's no room for riders like KK, Pepe and others in the Polish team! However, we go have some youngsters who in years to come can make TeamGB look a lot better. The way Ellis beat Harris and King last night showed real grit and determination

So the foul mouthed troll returns after a deserved ban and seems ready to face further time out already by attacking the poster again. This guy will never learn. Its been really quite pleasant on here without your abusive trolling posts but it seems you want to carry on where you left off. You are a troll who doesn't understand that other people have different opinions to yourself. A troll of the worst kind. At 26 he should be in the pinnacle of his career but he is nowhere now. A good rider for his Polish club but as a challenger for the World title, the boat has set sail without him IMO. He has to qualify which won't be easy, so if he succeeded at the first attempt he wouldn't be back until 2018. With so many good young riders now coming through I don't think he can fulfil his early potential.

Just phoned belle vue and booked my car park tickets at the school opposite. For a tenner I would prefer to park by the stadium than Etihad park and ride. Asked if many tickets are left and told there are now premium grandstand seats just been released and available. Seems strange to only now release them.

After what we saw at Poole last night, bring your white flag with you for the final. God help us with King and Harris. Never going to get near third place. One thing is clear is Ellis must be nailed on for reserve, not that it will make any difference.

King's Lynn V Swindon 20th July 7.30pm
Steve Shovlar replied to Daniel Smith's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
This is not the first time this has happened at Kings Lynn. Poole were there several years ago when havvy was riding for us. There was a rain shower at 5 pm in Lynn. Nothing too bad. Got to the stadium and then watched Buster in his tractor for 2 hours making clumps of dirt the size of footballs before it was called off. -
Poole were just so much better than Coventry, KK accepted. He was a single man on a mission and rode brilliantly. Heat one Holder had him but he dropped back to defend and team ride with Barker who would have most certainly have been picked off by Ellis but for some blocking by KK. Good crowd, decent meeting considering the gulf in quality between the two sides. Some cracking races. Hans and Harris battling, until Harris knocked Hans off, and the race of the night with Ellis seeing off Harris and King. For Poole. Holder showing good form. He should have had KK in heat 13 but went too wide off bend two allowing KK through. In heat 15bhe did exactly the same thing again! Ellis was excellent. Missed the start in heat one but was unstoppable after that beating Harris and King on the way. Team GB top 4? Buck was steady. Waived KK through in one ride. Kurtz was solid. Hans an improvement on Friday. Bjarne was excellent. Newman battled after a few weeks off. For Coventry. KK showing he is one of the best riders in the EL. Barker gated in front if Ellis in heat one and had KK to thank for his only points of the night. King did poorly. TeamGB? God help us. Bates was out of his depth. Harris got two wins but Ellis had him. TeamGB? God help us. Roynon managed two pints when Newman missed the gate and took three laps to pass Woryna giving him the chance to just hold on. Woryna was fast but just couldn't suss the right lines, getting picked off left right and centre. Looking at King and Harris tonight, the only use they will be at Belle Vue next Saturday is selling burgers. Three points and now into another two week break before Leicester come to town.

Coventry V Poole. 15/07/2016 Elb
Steve Shovlar replied to Steve Shovlar's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Always laugh when I read people say Poole get big crowds because there's nothing to do down here. Its a tourist resort. People come on holiday here because there is so much to do. Never heard of people saying they are off on holiday to Coventry or Ipswich. We are blessed with 7 miles of gorgeous beaches which will be heaving with hot bikini clad tottie this Arfto. And I sm stuck in Frome😔 -
Coventry V Poole. 15/07/2016 Elb

Not sure why peole are trying to score some type of point about me leaving the stadium. I was with Rob (shakeshifter) and we decided after two laps of heat 15 it was a lost cause so made a run for it to get out of the car park quickly. We had been told there was only one gate open and didnt want to sit in a queue for 30 mins with a 3 hour journey in front of us. Its called common sense. -
18th July 2016 - Wolves V Swindon
Steve Shovlar replied to dump that clutch's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
No doubt about it whoever finishes top to will want to avoid going to Wolves. With their team dialled in it would be a difficult job to keep it close enough to have a chance in the other leg. Thats why it is importang to finish top and have the pick. If Poole get their act together and finish top they would send Belle Vue to Wolves and go to Swindon or Lakeside. -
Very true. Certainly can be quick when he leads. At Coventry go high and wide and hardly anyone can pass, with the exception of perhaps KK and Harris. Bates has learnt this line and thats why he won those heats. Lets see what he does at Poole on Wednesday. And to be fair Inwant all young Brits to do well. We need these youngsters as they are the future of Team GB.
