  1. If Ellis can easily see off Lindgren around Monmore, he can easily hold his own in the PL. But prrhaps he wants to bypass the PL and go straight EL ala Bridger?
  2. Ellis saw off Lindgren around Monmore last night quite comfortably. From what I have seen if Ellis this season He has a future in the sport and is an EL rider in the making. Auty is now going backwards in his career. Ellis for me any day of the week.
  3. What a rude, ignorant poster you are. Full of venom on every thread.
  4. Holder is currently displaying the same form tonight in Sweden that he displayed last night at Monmore.
  5. Do you actually believe Auty and Wright will score as well as Ellis and Newman tomorrow? Seriously? We are hugely weakened.
  6. Sorry don't understand. What do you mean?
  7. Decimated Poole take on the new title favourites at Wimborne Road tomorrow and theres no better time for Wolves to bring their team along. An ideal opportunity to grab all 4 points on offer. It will take a monumental effort from patched up Poole to get anything out of this. With both hig scoring reserves out of action, Ellis after a nasty spill and Newman laid up with a nasty groin issue, their scoring ability will be badly missed. Add to that no Bjarne and Poole could be chasing shadows from unbeaten powerhouse Wolverhampton, who will be looking for all four points. Holder needs to pull his finger out. Hans and Buckowski are doing fine as is Kurtz. With the weather set fair it should be a big crowd and they will want to see much more effort than was put in by some of the team on Monday night. Thoughts?
  8. On our way back and well done to Wolves. Must now be clear favourites for the league after that demolition job on us. In a way good to get the mantle of favourites off our back. I knew we would lose this but not in such a pathetic way. The only riders that can come out of this with ang credit are Hans, Buck and Ellis who battled all night. Kerr was simply not a replacement for Newman while Bjarne was wobbling around like Davey Watt and doing just as badly. Main complaint though is Holder who clearly didnt want to be there. He gave the opposition a bike length out of the tapes in three of his four heats and in 13 was 60 metres behind third place. I hope Ellis is Ok a nasty crash and his bike went right over the first bend fence. Wolves the title favourites? Or Swindon?
  9. Ambulance to hospital for Ellis. He walked to ambulance not life threatening but bad enough to take a ride to casualty by the look of it.
  10. Ambulance to hospital for Ellis. He walked to ambulance not life threatening but bad enough to take a ride to casualty by the look of it. Sorry wrong thread
  11. Ford on the phone to Harris to replace Ellis on Wednesday.
  12. Comedy hour. Or minute. At least we can get that turkey of league favourites off our back.
  13. Bike right over fence on bend one Ellis takes a purler. Ambulance on track. Ellis standing but hurt.
  14. Bjarne just did a good impersonation of Watty in his first race Yes. A mans worst pain.
  15. We are on our way but traffic is murderous. Been an accident north of Oxford.
  16. Should have stopped now and thats the end of it for the day.
  17. Radar shows rain for the next 90 mins then dry for the rest of the day. Edit. Rain should clear by 2.30 then dry. Leaving at 4 pm should be on if that track has held up.
  18. No suprise. The weather radar gives this meeting no chance at the time it was due to go ahead. Saves people making the trip from Lynn. Have to applaud the BV promotion for making a sensible call.
