  1. Basically Mick is upset because he didn't want Poole. Well maybe he should have replaced Robbo sooner and finished first so he could have picked Swindon or BV?!
  2. The general consensus seems to be he's barmy!
  3. They probably never thought that a team could make the play-offs and still be 1.5 points under the limit. Understandably!
  4. To try and build a GP game with leave racing (or vice versa) would actually require two different games that integrate with each other. The only reason this game is on consoles is that development tools now allow you to quite easily develops games for multiple platforms at the same time. So what we're going to get is what they have made for the PC in the past but also on a playstation and Xbox as a bonus.
  5. Oh how I'll laugh if we send out our weakest pairing in heat 15 and Lakeside get a 5-1 and the meeting ends 48-42
  6. IMO that's the bees biggest issue, Newman. He's bloody good at Brandon! Heat 1 we have to rough up Holder and Watt, there first ride tends to determine their mood, if you can stop that pair scoring too many and Newmans not on it I think we can take a tidy lead to Poole. North off form, Gomolski should be beatable and our reserves should beat Paul Starke - yes I'm aware he scored a paid max last time but that meeting is no guide to anything due to the track.
  7. If my stats are right Scotts final GSA will be 6.47. He has lost a score of 4 and then 8 to be replaced by an 11 and a 12 so increased his average quite a bit.
  8. Speedway fans make me laugh. If they don't like something, "it shouldn't be allowed". How about what is allowed? The rules allow Coventry to replace Joonas, so thats what our management will hopefully be doing. Nothing in the rule book says "like for like" or "up to the replaced riders average" or anything like that.
  9. Despite the track being rubbish that was actually a pretty decent meeting. How did Holder end on 5?! He was in the thick of it in every heat. I normally struggle to get into Swedish and Polish stuff but I enjoyed that.
  10. I would be shocked if sponsors opinions were not sought. We know they pick wild cards based on nationality for commercial reasons so it makes sense to pick them based on what sponsors want, for commercial reasons. I've no issue with it tbh.
  11. The thing with BV is they have scored 40+ in every away meeting, so if they can put 50 on Swindon they'll be confident of an aggregate win. If I was Poole then BV would have been my biggest worry and is imagine they'd be the team Swindon least wanted.
  12. The most important thing is that after this meeting we rip the track up ready for Monday! A nice, deep, grippy, messed up track will mess with the heads of a few Poole riders!
  13. Turns out he did! Well imagine that, Middlo making the same mistake twice
  14. It was Coventrys win there where you had Magic replaced by Lawson
  15. I would imagine Poole will wait as long as possible to make a decision. See who, if anyone, Coventry sign and see what happens with Zagar.
  16. This would have been worth £25 to see Wolves season flop more than even I thought it could
  17. HaHaHa! stevebrum must be loving this. Losing at home to the "worst team in the league"
  18. OK, it's not confirmed he's out but theres certainly a chance he won't be fit.
  19. Just tweeted, I'm not even at Wolves and he's annoying me tonight!
  20. BV won't have a number 1 though. So they're there for the taking.
  21. In terms of dragging fans to GPs they are where we were.
  22. People posting about breaking rules when there is no such rule. Just good manners. Funny breed speedway fans, don't mind rules being broken but when it suits them they make up rules that they claim are broken!
  23. Except as he won't be in the GPs next year he won't be top 15!
