Maybe we shoudl just be revelling in the fact people were telling us British Speedway was going down the pan 12 months ago, yet here we are now with a 1st, a 3rd and a 4th place in a GP in 2007 so far. Maybe not the bets record of all Nations but certainly not the doom and gloom being forecast 12 months ago!

Agree about Pedersen, he's phenomenal this year, just made it slightly more interesting than Crumpy did last year by having a few quieter rounds. Aint he just Do it, you won't regret it. Where did you get 3 months from? My guess is Crumpy MIGHT miss one GP, he won't be out of league racing for longer than a month. Won't suprise me if he rides Saturday and is back for Poole in 2 weeks!

You know I'm no Middlo fan and don't think he should be in the job so you might be surprised to see me say he did nothing wrong this year! I thought he had the riding order spot on (gater out after the grading, top 2 in the last 2 rides), he did use the correct riders despite what I initially thought and he gave the right rider the joker. Sadly, the riders let him down this year, in a big way. Still think he should be replaced though just for all those past mistakes. Worth quoting

3 of us will be missing the Poole meeting too, so we too are going to look for somewhere showing it. Any suggestions any where? Preferably somewhere that serves food too.
