  1. Mark Loram did not in 99/2000. He had to qualify by right. Obviously BSI could do the decent thing and give him a permanent wildcard.
  2. spook, if you fid the answer, do let Scott Nicholls and Lee Richardson know
  3. At least they have the right attitude. However, I bet they hate 4th even more! What was Crumpy going to gain by getting a maximum? We'd have all said it was typical Crump (scoring another maximum after the 102 he's got already this year ) and said well done and forgot about it. However, had he settled for 2nd, Travis McGowan would have a runners up medal now, better than the nothing he now has. Tonight may have been the peak in Travis' career, if it was, he'll always look back and wonder what if. Crumpy HAD that medal for him. Maybe Crumpy didnt realise the score was so close.
  4. I think Hans comments are being twisted. He said he shuld be able to stay on after moves like this it's a SWC not CL. Most people on this thread seem to agree Bomber should not have fallen off too so agree with him.
  5. Some times you have to look at the bigger picture. Crumpy didn't. I say this as a Jason Crump fan, someone who'd love to have him in their team and watch him week after week.
  6. I actually think Middlo made the right decision to replace Simon with Chris after the race off. Changed my mind now tho I think it's harsh to critisize Middlo for this one.
  7. I've not commented on the team selection. I've commented on heat 17. I fail to see why I cannot say he got it wrong as I don't "know what was going on in the pits" yet other can claim he could have done no more, yet they don't "know what was going on in the pits" either. Maybe you should avoid PUBLIC forums if you don't want the public replying As Well as England, neither were in it Check the race jacket under your name
  8. Thats what makes it annoying. Our riders gave it there all but our manager slipped up, he missed a chance, it may not have worked, the TS may stil have come last but why not even try it? IF (I know, one of them ) we had won that heat, with about 5 heats to go we'd have been leading, it may have lifted our riders and we'd have possibly got the win. We'll never know and Middlo missed the opportunity
  9. When Bjarne walked away, he was smirking, I think Chris said someone about not laughing when a rider falls and Scott then gave him some abuse Shame we could not hear what was said
  10. ARGH!!! Did you miss heat 17? Why was Louis not replaced? Any manager who made a change there might have got a point or 3 more there. Tim Sugar and Eric Boocock should be invited to the BSPA/SCB head quaters this week and given the job, they may actually turn up at the British Final as well, unlike our current National Team Manager!
  11. It was more a case of what Aussie rider was not there?! There were hundreds of them!
  12. Had I bene in Hans' situation, I'd have probably done the same after that exclusion. It was the dodgies exclusion I have ever seen, only Travis' exclusion comes anywehre near it! He added to the night for me
  13. Only ONE of them blew it. Many of them cost them points by under performing but one guy actually had the points but threw them away, he had nothing mroe to gain being 1st than he did by being 2nd.
  14. I'm guessing Travis will. He'll probaby never have another chance to win an FIM medal. Leaving Louis in heat 17. He come last off gate 3, Loram or Richardson would have probably got a point at least. Infact, Richardson had outgated Loram off that very same gate 2 heats earlier.
  15. I disagree. It was nice to see the Brits and the Danes actually giving it so much and getting so wound up with each others. I hope the respective authorities get a test series set up against each other, it seems we love to see the Danes lose
  16. ok, put "scammed" into inverted commas! The odds people were accepting on the Aussies was madness, that was real Candy from the baby. They knew what they were doing and still carried on handing over cash! Fools and thier money!
  17. It really was only a matter of time!! Some more British "loser" cliches for you all to use We tried hard. At leats we got to the final We come from 10 points behind (forgetting to mention we actually started 0 behind so actually lost 10 points) If we had points for effort we'd be World Champions. All rubbish. We lost. Proud to be British? Yes but don't give us all the extra bullrubbish!
  18. Tim Sugar or Eric Boocock. I'd even consider Peter Oakes
  19. I feel for al the poor deluded people who I "scammed" money out of on betfair!!! Who in there right mind really believed the Aussies would win with Travis McGowan in the team? Sullivans is hardly a major force either HaHaHaHaHaHa!!!
  20. She can get on my case all she likes but some of us KNOW he cost us second place tonight. Still, the boys tried hard and if we had points for effort we'd be World Champions!! BOLLOCKS!! The Danes put in at least as much effort and I'm sure Swedes and Australians did too. No doubt we'll get a thread now congratulating our tema of lossers!
  21. So Middlo and Crumpy cost their countrys 2nd place. Both stupid mistakes too.
  22. No but he could have put Loram or Richardson in heat 17 in place of Louis. Shocking mistake, appaling, terrible. SACKABLE!! We'd probably be leading now if he had!
  23. Heat 17. Tut Tut!!! That could cost us a SWC title! Why no tactical in place of Louis?
  24. The referee has got that completly wrong. Harris has seen Hans go past, felt a little contact (that he cased by leaning on him!!) and threw it on the floor!
