Think there will be but usual story it is the availability of riders which does not help. Think the re -arranging of champ riders meeting on a Sat does not help things
-
good to see such a happy post again - notice you only post when things are not quite as you want them - thought I may have seen you on here full of praise after the tv match last week (there are even supporters of other teams on here praising our management) why blame Harris and Nicholls i thought they were great to watch - I also have a feeling that you don't go to many away matches as some of your comments about our form seem to indicate that. Still never mind there is always next year when you can have a another good moan about whoever is riding for us.

was re-arranged very early in season (was 1st Sept) and bomber had already signed for PB but robbo was not signed by NewC until after fixture had changed (so was an original fixture as far as Nc were concerned - I think !!!!) -
Somerset V Rye House Friday 25th August

Did you actually see the racing I didn't think we were poor but just beaten by a better side on the night. It is so easy to be critical especially if you were not actually watching. Funny old sport see what Leicester did at BV tonight (guess BV were poor as well but I don't actually know as I was not there) -

I thought the inside line seemed to ride quite well last night - seemed to suit Ben M in his last ride -

You sound a really happy person guess you were not at Poole last night for once we have a promotor who is not content to just watch riders underperform and all you can do is moan. It's not just you but I notice that whenever a new signing is made and people say it is the wrong choice they NEVER say who they would actually sign. Personally I have always supported ANY rider who wears a Rye race jacket. -

very well said - I am not a KL supporter but totally agree with your sentiments - I have watched the sport for 50+ years as well - I hope Buster gets a large crowd in to show their support for what he has done -

very well said - about time someone took a stand - one thing in life is sure namely that however indispensable you think you are there is always someone else close behind you who will gladly take your place -

Well done Buster no rider is ever bigger than his club - hope the fans rally round Buster at least he has now got a team that really want to ride for the club -

no catch there never bother with a programme - would dearly like to know how KL can use r/r for a rider with no reason for his absence being given (guess someone must know something) -
Rye House V Wolves Saturday 15th July.

to be fair I think he is riding with a knee injury -
well said also Ben Barker is an out and out RACER who never gives up (just what we need at this point in the season) -
-
well said glad to see I wasn't the only person to see what was going on at KL - the writing was on the wall then (also noted he packed his things into van and did not even watch heat 15. There is a lot more to this story than people realise (even going back to last season after the Scunthorpe away match) - just how many chances do you give to someone?
-
fully agree - if we didn't want to get in the top 4 then we should have just carried on as we were (not an option for me I want to see us in the play offs) - I guess most people complaining wanted to carry on as before as nobody seems to have come up with any better ways to strengthen the team.
-
One thing is for sure without these changes we would not reach the playoffs - also have to point out that loyalty works 2 ways (make of that what you will)
-
pity you didn't go as it was a really good meeting - prob our best away match this year (final scores do not always give a true reflection of a meeting)

14/6/17 Rye House V Belle Vue
startline sid replied to cityrebel's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
well once again the obvious did not happen (may be a good reason why) but getting used to such happenings - don't see any BV fans moaning about our choice of riders for heat 15. Just a thought perhaps its time for a team change while a certain rider who was recently sacked by his club is available (if his average fits - can't seem to work them out properly these days as don't understand the rules). -
Have just seen on tv Arthur win the 600cc support race at Oulton park on Monday - seems the ex-moto 3 gp and Sheffield speedway rider has made a successful return to road racing

Advice is to get there early (did not used to be too much of a problem but this season car park is full 90 mins before start) BUT there is also parking around the housing estate on the housing estate on the opposite side of the river - hope you enjoy your trip we are a very friendly lot of supporters -
