Our final home PL Meeting of the season and a must win if we want the chance to finish above Newcastle. Sheffield look to consolidate their place in the top 6. Must admit I had them a couple of places up the table and they're a quality side throughout with Dimitri, Bates and wildman Liam Garracher sure to entertain. Must admit I'd have been fairly confident about this a month ago, but on the back of two losses and some disappointing individual performances I'm hoping for a win but don't expect it to be a walkover. *My prediction record is crap though and I'll be happy to just have got the date right.

Genuinelly think the only issue with GP stars not riding in the UK is the travelling. Would expect to see Belle Vue and Poole both running with top #1s next season though.

A turnstile is just a mechanism to allow one customer entry, usually by scanning their ticket or indeed a season ticket card. Modern stadiums no longer have payment at turnstile, rather they sell the tickets in advance by a variety of means (telephone, ticket office, internet etc) which are then validated for admission at the said turnstiles.

Very Small minority of supporters having a pop at Danny and garcia for not being 7 pointers is a nonsense. Danny gated terrific last night and garcia has been at no2 when he came in as a 3 pointer. Right enough it's a very small bunch.

Throughlly enjoyed that, yes the track wasn't ideal and the racing suffered - lot of lock ups - but no injuries, it was close on the night and we are through. Again, speedway feeling like a big event which is always good to see.
