  1. Happy with the result and apart from the rain it was a good meeting. It should be enough to take us through. Lunna at #6 has been phenomenal. Not really sure what all the aggro was about, but Masters doesn't seem to do himself any favours when he gets involved.
  2. Have to say that watching this on TV this morning the racing and the atmosphere are fabulous. So glad this was such a success. Hopefully get their act together on the stadium and fireworks etc because this track well prepared is awesome. What a success for British Speedway and the hard work of the Belle Vue management.
  3. Here's hoping for an exciting meeting and no injuries. Here we gooooooooooooo
  4. Ignorance of the rules is no defence, except if you are a referee. This will hopefully be a good meeting. Lunna at reserve gives us a bit of a boost. Bewley will not be free scoring like he has been in the last couple of meetings but he will certainly take the advantage.TBH I Expect an even slower start than usual, but if Bach continues as he has been and Lunna / Garcia get in the middle of the points I believe we can hit 20. Definately need a big win to take to Armadale if we are to progress because it is only going to get tougher over there. Fisher is a dark horse as well. Probably the biggest meeting of the season so far.
  5. That's no embarresment against the strongest side in the league atm.
  6. Come on Bandits, get the backlash going!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 Predict a comfortable away win, 34 - 56
  7. Surely Masters could do with a wee day off! Really looking forward to this one.
  8. All declared #7's should be guest eligible if their average is <= 1 point above your injured #7. NL guests should be #8. Look how many matches decided on the reserves this season.
  9. Glasgow (wettest place in the world after Manchester) have only had one home meeting called off this year, and have had meetings in extremely damp conditions. EG Coventry meeting - track was very wet and it was a cracker. Maybe some tracks are worse than others. I don't think a return to uprights is on the cards!!!
  10. Almost impossible to predict given the guest situation, but I'm going with Edinburgh reserves clinching it at 46-44
  11. the #7's is a good thing but guests should be if the average fits use. It would have to be monitored closely but it would at least be a bit more fair.
  12. dunno why Summers wasn't in heat 15 just looking at the scores. CertainlyBach and Worral were terrific together last night but seems a strange one.
  13. haha absolutely delighted. 5 points from two away meetings, would have been more than happy to take that in advance. And it was six man tigers as well.
  14. Hopefully , only following it on updates... seems a scrappy affair so far with a trigger happy referee.
  15. Crap situation with guestsbut needs must and at least they are good quality, still think the Monarchs win by 10. Can see Bewley doing well.
  16. Bollocks, I'll have to run the whole thing through my simulator again.
  17. Does guest need to have an average less than Ayres or is there some different rule for #7's? Apols but I had a look through the rules and it's not really clear
  18. Same here - Bandits are on the up regardless of one off results. It's a great place to go and the updates underplays the meeting last night. It was not just gate and go. Glasgow would have beaten any team in the premier easily on that track. Also Rene Bach has been immense so far. Even Redcar is a tougher place to go for us tonight. There must have been well over a thousand last night. The stand was as full as I've seen it and the back straight as well.
  19. Great performance from Glasgow. Berwick were poor but not as bad as some are making out. The two new guys were poor. Huge crowd and a really outstanding performance from the tigers. Four points, delighted. Berwick not a write off as some seem to think though.
