  1. 2014, scored between 4-6 points at home usually although did manage 9 points on one occasion, dropped from heatleader to second string mid season so can't have been his best season
  2. From what I remember of Proctor he was very disappointing for us
  3. The Stars have a strong 1 and 2 pairing and strong reserves although not sure what Andersen will make of Monmore. NKI, Lambert and Rose should score well, NKI holds the track record and always goes well round there. Should be a Wolves win but will be closer than our first 2 home meetings, 6-10 point win
  4. Is breaking the tapes classed as a ride. If so in certain circumstances a rider off form may be told to do it in order to fulfil his quota as the the reserve couldn't automatically replace him
  5. This was started by one of your Poole "toss pots" over on the kings Lynn v Poole thread. Conspiracy theory it may be, however the really sad part is no one would be at all surprised if it turned out to be true
  6. Poole have pulled some tricks in their time but if this turns out to be true it would be the lowest of the low and drag speedway into the gutter. Match fixing is frowned on in any other sport, why should speedway be any different
  7. Oh dear, here we go again, I really don't know where you get this idea that Wolves have a desparate financial position. Okay, so we didn't go for Freddie this year. This was partly due to his high average and partly to do with the uncertainty over the BT coverage. If anything crowds have been noticeably up over the first couple of meetings, I suggest you worry about your own team and stop spreading malicious rumours without foundation. Desparate financial position no, astute financial management yes
  8. Or maybe he just doesn't want to ride for you, it's no secret he wanted to go to Somerset with Jack
  9. Funnily enough I thought the same thing, and all 3 opted to drop their number 1's allowing the core of the team to remain unchanged
  10. I think it will be a close meeting but the loss of Kennett and Robson swings it in our favour, possibly taking all 4 points, if of course the weather doesn't win
  11. In the words of Kevin Keegan "I would love it, just love it" if the Robins pull off a win tonight
  12. Howarth is coming along quite nicely thanks, so glad Poole dropped him, afterall he helped us to put another trophy in the cabinet in 2016 whilst the highly fancied Poole team failed dismally.
  13. Thorssell and Masters have both ridden in Poland, Thorssell also rode in the best pairs with AJ
  14. Agree, they both need to be close to double figures to pull off the win
  15. Probably due to the bspa allowing Swindon to race on a Thursday rather than the two fixed nights
  16. Totally agree about Robson however if Rye are to win, Bomber and Nicholls will have to be on top form, otherwise it should be a comfortable win for Wolves
  17. I think its guest or r/r for heat leaders and r/r for second string this year
  18. If all 14 riders do it surely it would take too long, when is going to be done, before, during or after the meeting?
  19. Or guest, Lambert, Batch or Musielak should be available
  20. Only have 0.16 to play with so anyone up to 8.16
