Been dry and sunny all day with a good breeze, so track had to be watered, 1st few heats very wet, riders could not see if they missed the gate, then it dryed out and a little dusty towards the end. That was when the Comets got more into the meeting, heat 13 and 15 was very good

No excuses beaten by a better team. Only 4 heat winners and can't win a meeting with this few winners, well done the tiggers, some decent racing towards the end of the meeting

I did say he is a batch type character at times, and this was one of them days

After a day of rain all day in worky, it's dry now and a good forecast for 2morrow, so the track should be in top condition, to make a hopefully good meeting and a Comets win 😃🏁🔵⚪. Just hope Max is ok after his off at Redcar tonight 🤔

Feel for you mate, unfortunately British speedway is getting worse by the day, no one seems to have any joined up thinking of how to organise things, same as the British final being on a Saturday when 6 championship teams already had fixtures in place

Earlier in the season kemp put all his eggs n the polish basket, but after a few weeks of not being picked or limited fixtures, I think he has now decided/ been persuaded to return to British speedway. Think he will have a point to prove and some wages to earn and score some good points for the Comets

The FIM schedule should have been taken into account before this meeting was arranged. The young kids want to be on an international stage as well as a British stage

Moved to this weekend, was on the 27th but the FIM have GP 2 qualification meetings, 4 I think all over Europe, comets have Tate and Max riding, think Glasgow have Hausl and maybe another

Yes tiggers will be on a high and surely bomber can't be as poor as at Oxford. Could be a close one, and the tiggers are bringing a bus of supporters down, plus many in cars, so come on comets fans bring your friends and pack out the GT tyres Northside arena and hopefully cheer on the comets to a win and bonus points 😃🔵⚪🏁
