  1. It is looking like there may have been a fly in the ointment which is a shame if true considering most teams have had their line ups sorted for a while. If the Cookie rumour has legs then I will be surprised past history considered. If there has been backword from a Danish rider and Cookie has signed then the options are limited. Danyon Hume and Max Perry comes in bang on 40 points if my math is correct. Danyon is a trier and Max has scope for improvement.
  2. You never know in Speedway. Looking like the Anders Rowe defection has worked out well though. Cook the better rider in my opinion. Cairns should kick on while young Cooper finds his feet. Definitely two reserves with bags of potential.
  3. Not a bad way to announce young Cooper by the Pirates πŸ‘
  4. Not long to wait then. Bit of trumpism in the club announcement re season tickets and pricing for next year I think. Stating season ticket prices excellent value to then announce a price increase on general admission. The Harbourmasters meeting is included which the promotion boast as a meeting that fits perfectly with Poole's aim of showcasing the best of young British Talent British 😏
  5. Do you know he has left the Championship behind ?. Haven't seen this in writing. Championship team places do now look extremely limited. Scunny who are yet to announce the remaining pieces of their team jigsaw could fit him in.
  6. Welcome Cooper Rushen. Great enthusiastic young racer whom I would have loved to have seen in Worky Comets kevlars next season. Good luck for 2026 Coops. The Poole fans are indeed lucky to have two of the hottest young prospects in their team for 2026.
  7. Believe Drew doesn't want a Saturday track due to his commitments in Europe otherwise he would have been a good signing for the Comets. I wouldn't be surprised if he is yet to be announced in a Championship line up though.
  8. That is a big ask riding at No1. Be surprised if he reached a 9 point average.
  9. Be interesting to see how he actually does handle being a No 1.
  10. Think he done alright for the Comets last season.Scored decent points at home but less impressive away for a rider of his experience in the Championship. Bit unlucky with some nasty looking crashes but showed toughness as he was never missing for long periods with injury.
  11. His 8.20 average would actually be 7.99 if his 0.25 % reduction was rounded up from the calculated 0.205.
  12. Riding in the Amateur meeting advertised ?
  13. It is not maintaining professional attitude to his clubs that lets him down not his ability on the bike.
  14. Big signing for the Pirates, comes good when it matters most..
  15. Thought he signed when he turned 15 so it won't be a surprise when announced.
  16. I wasn't happy at the time after witnessing first hand but he made up for that only discretion with many a strong away performance.
  17. Good signing for the Bandits, PK is a strong rider and a good No1 .
  18. Would have Antti back no problem. Had 2 years experience now on away tracks, hopefully attack them with more confidence if he is back for a 3rd season.
  19. Really cold afternoon outside the shelter of the arcade. Like you say big thumbs up to all on the stall πŸ₯ΆπŸ‘
