I agree, Need to take into account that Bewley and Kurtz rarely drop points around the NSS. Then take into account that Lidsey has gone back to last year's equipment and has filled his boots with Heat wins in the Play-Offs. In-Form NKI who's performed well all season around the NSS guesting for Cook was a blow to Leicester as well. Leicester we're always going to lose by double figures from the get go imo.

Leicester will give it a good go in 2nd leg but Kurtz, Bewley, Lidsey and NKI should score enough points where it makes Blodorn, Voulas and Mulford's job easy with just a handful of points needed from them combined.

Don't think Leicester bottled it tbf. Lawson, Masters and Becker have been awful around the NSS all season as I highlighted on the betting thread before tonight's meeting. Fricke was poor but that's not the first time he's been around the NSS this season either, He had a stinker in April as well scoring 4+2 from 4 rides, Maybe he's just not that good around the NSS despite being a former BV rider.

Mentality is what cost Leicester tonight. Some of them didn't want to put their bikes in the right place, More concerned about keeping safe and avoiding as much spray as possible.

That should seal the deal. Justice should be served after higher ups and officials have tried to hand Leicester the trophy in recent weeks.

Fricke's been poor but he shouldn't be made a scapegoat tbf considering Lawson, Masters and Becker haven't won a ride either.

Will be but Leicester did lose 51-33 at BV when the track was wet earlier in the season if that's anything to go by. Douggie could be a bit rusty too which levels those that out imo. I'm just basing everything around riders performances around the NSS this season and it doesn't make for good reading in regards to Lions riders apart from Fricke & Douglas. Lawson 13+3 from 12 Rides Masters 14+1 from 10 Rides Becker 8+2 from 7 Rides

Already got BV to win the league so I wasn't going to have another bet this season but BELLE VUE -8.0 @ 10/11 has to be snapped up. Leicester lost 48-42 at BV when Kurtz was missing and R/R only got 4+2 in his absense Leicester lost 51-33 at BV (Meeting abandoned after 14 Heats)

It's now LEI 8/11 and BV 1/1

BV favourties for me. NKI is on par with Ben Cook around the NSS and I'd say NKI would be stronger around Leicester tbh. Lidsey seems to have changed his machinery back so BV now have 4 genuine HL's.
