King’s Lynn 2024 serious team predictions
TTT replied to SuperStarsFan91's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Good luck to Alex, I hope he gets every penny of the £35,000 owed to him. -
Wait until you see Thomsen live then you'll see what I mean, Plus you won't be able to get a decent replacement in either because the HL's averages will go up in a weakened Championship. Home track advantage means nothing imo when you've got two reserves with limited experience whilst having a dreadful Dane on a false average at No.2 who's real average is much lower than the 4.00 you've signed him on, Take out his one double figure score for Brum then this is what his scores were. 3+2 0 2+1 2+1 3+1 2 1 3 3 2
-
Yes, Thomsen is just that bad and I can't see the 2.00 pointers being able to cover for him. 4.00 points used on a guy who couldn't score more than 3 for Brum apart from 1 meeting.
-
Can't see Poole even making the play-offs with their balls up signing of Thomsen. Redcar, Scunthorpe, Oxford and Workington will all look stronger.

Not a coincidence that so many people have a problem with the same person. -

Go on Alex Brady. -
Probably referring to Zagar. Former GP rider for many years and a rider who's been heavily linked with Brum.
-
Am I right? 1. Picko 2. Lasse 3. Kye 4. Paco 5. Sedgmen 6. Coles 7. James
-
Dreadful decision making by the Ford's and something you couldn't imagine happening. Why on earth would you sacrifice Rowe and another for Brennan and a dreadful signing in Thomsen. His scores for Brum were horrific and it's only due to the 1 good meeting how he even got that average, Would've been much lower otherwise.
-
Will be a 5.00 like Vadim was.
-
He's a 5.00
-
Berge's saturday's are tied up in Poland with regular starts so I can't see him signing for a weekend track in the Champ. Plus he would've been after a Prem spot if he wanted to ride in the UK.
-
Poor Brum, It's possible they complete with Zagar and Schlein but that engine room is a mess at this level. 1. 2. Z. Cook 3. S. Worrall 4. Brennan 5. 6. Lampart 7. Flint
-
Lampart confirmed.
-
To a certain extent I bet Buster's son wishes he got away from his Dad earlier than he did lol.
-
2024 Team imo. 1. Howarth 7.76 2. Gilkes 4.84 3. Palm Toft 7.01 4. S. Lambert 5.87 5. Allen 7.16 6. Ablitt 2.93 7. Harrison 2.00 = 37.57
-
It would make sense as Freddie is the only one who'd get Brum close to the points limit. Problem is all talk has gone dead on him and the heavily rumoured names all winter have gone where everyone said they will go and the names still heavily linked with Brum at the moment are Zagar, Schlein, W. Lampart and the Pawlicki brothers which doesn't make for good reading.
-
Doesn't feel like a Glasgow side you would associate with the current owners tbh. Suppose the lower points limit has caused chaos and Glasgow would rather go with tried and tested former Tigers riders rather than taking a punt on 2.00 pointers at reserve.
-
I hope they get a big name or two. It's painful when fans have to watch their club get battered every week (I know from recent experience lol)
-
I don't think they wanted to be in the Prem tbh, Not sure they've got the money for big names because so far it's screaming British based budget side compared to everyone else.
-
Lambert has already confirmed he won't be doing Britain until 2025. I agree that Schlein will be next then it'll probably be Zagar. Piotr Pawlicki at No.1 imo.
-
Z. Cook confirmed. Still no HL in this side yet with Schlein and Lampart heavily linked.
-
Starkey confirmed.
-
I bet it's Wilson-Dean at No.1 on a 8.21 if Kyle Newman is in. Only two clubs that would offer him a deal would be ones who are desperate for a rider on a big GSA like Workington and Plymouth.
