  1. Hang on… so points scored tonight don’t count towards the overall rankings, it’s a set score for the winner, second, third, etc.?
  2. Yeah, I didn’t like that. Zmarzlik has been the best rider on show, but that was poor from Kubera. You’re your own man and this is the biggest stage of your career; don’t roll over. I thought the exact same. What a shame.
  3. Lindgren’s been so second-tier tonight and for most, that’s optimal, but given his standings in the GP, he must be so frustrated.
  4. I’m not a conspiracy theorist, but what the f*ck was that from Kubera? Wow.
  5. Outstanding from Lambert. Bewley, out with a whimper.
  6. Loved that from Dudek. I don’t care who wins tonight; I’m just enjoying the racing, but Doyle’s wild antics are irritating. To see Dudek bully him was good.
  7. And again. It’s only going to end in trouble. At what point does the referee draw the line? Chris Louis’ reluctance to be honest because Doyle’s an Ipswich rider is frustrating.
  8. That’s wild from Doyle; that’s a brutal chop-back that is literally only going to end in trouble.
  9. I thought that, but one of the riders had ‘C’ under his name, so he’s on his third bike?
  10. Flat-out and flying from Bewley there. That first lap was tremendous, to block Vaculik heading into the third bend. I know it’s been said that he isn’t ruthless enough at this level, but if the Dan Bewley I saw in 2016 made it to the GP in six years, then anything is possible.
  11. What’s that ‘Bike Selection’ highlight below each rider at the line on Eurosport?
  12. What a ride that was from Lindgren. After three underwhelming races, that was outstanding. Too little, too late?
  13. Doesn’t prancing around the forum, telling everyone you’ve put someone on ignore defeat the purpose of actually putting them on ignore?
  14. When can Zmarzlik mathematically win this? I’d have expected Tatum to mention it, but he’s acting like a Max Fricke tonight.
  15. That’s an interesting take and fair enough, but I don’t agree with it. Zmarzlik is about to win a world title, having missed a GP. Has that ever happened? Missing Vojens could make this even more impressive. I appreciate there’s a lot of speedway still to be raced tonight, but if you tell Zmarzlik “you must win your next ride”, he’s winning it. He’s too fast; too good. Anyway, I assume you’re Polish? I used to work with a Polish guy who introduced me to pierogi. Unbelievable.
  16. He’s doing the business here, mate. The world title is going back to Poland; enjoy it. No need for insults.
  17. This is some fantastic speedway; multiple lines on the track and some tight racing.
  18. Zmarzlik on five? Eurosport, your coverage of speedway is drunk.
  19. That’s a gutter for Lambert. Every time I see Doyle, he’s absolutely wild.
  20. Lindgren is really have to grind-out the results here which isn’t good. By the time he’s dealt with Fricke and Bewley in his first two heats, Dudek and Madsen were long gone. Take nothing away from Madsen though; what a ride.
  21. Does anyone else sense a bit of Steve McClaren/Joey Barton accent adjusting from Lambert?
  22. World class from Zmarzlik. The pop from the crowd when he hit the front is what speedway is about.
