  1. Agreed. The main thing is that he comes back fit and healthy, I saw reports this morning in Poland from the president of Częstochowa that Doyle complained of the same hip giving pain after the crash and also that Doyle himself asked to race as he felt no pain before the meeting, although the team said it might not be wise, but they let the rider decide. Either way it’s done now, just another road to recovery! Anyone heard news on Thompson as he is a big miss for us???
  2. All the riders would be in the country? I doubt that when a hand full of them rode in Poland today.
  3. I came up with the same conclusion as the referee so I’d be good at it plus nie lubię Falubaz. Tylko Gorzów Stal KS. If anyone thinks Doyle would purposely stay on a line where he’d get wiped out after still suffering injury then bigger fool them.
  4. If you jam it up the inside of anyone and wipe them out in doing so then you are the reason for the accident.
  5. Nope. IMO Doyle held a fair line which was tight and the room wasn’t there for Jensen, he just about got in front but he hit Doyle, so clearly he didn’t have enough room or he would have made the pass clean. Doyle had the racing line and Jensen was so tight he was always going to slightly drift.
  6. Jensen was at fault by staying inside line then pushing into Doyle when he got into the slide, Doyle had nowhere to go. Waved to the crowd as getting into the ambulance but yet another set back.
  7. Pressure from Częstochowa I’m sure which is seeing him return in a few minutes to ride tonight. I’m sure another week or so would have done him good. As long as he doesn’t come out with any longer term injuries by coming back to soon, obviously the amount of money he can earn per point I’m sure is luring him back as well.
  8. Question. How can a picture show if people were using the outside line? That’s the dumbest thing I’ve seen for a while… I was there and Ellis and howarth used the outside pretty well to pass people I’d say! But then again, I might be wrong because you can see a photo of one corner so who knows ?
  9. Don’t shoot the messenger, but this in Poland today: However, everything indicates that Jason Doyle will return to competition sooner than expected. On Thursday evening on the X service, Eurosport commentator Michał Korościel reported that it is almost certain that the Australian will start in the upcoming round of the Speedway Grand Prix. It will take place on May 31 on the track in Prague. It will be exactly two weeks since Doyle's fall in Warsaw, which is full of admiration.
  10. There wasn’t a blue groove, just lions were better full stop. They gated better and we couldn’t cope, Ellis made the pass of the night and howarth did something similar so the outside was working but people were overcooking it and losing speed on the exit of bend 4. Brennan wasn’t on it tonight and Hume could never fill Thompsons void. Thompson is a bigger miss than Doyle as this point in the league IMO. He beats his opposite number by a large margin and can take on some of the big boys, with Thompson we could have covered RR a lot better.
  11. I get what you mean, but for me it’s all about finishing as high as possible, I don’t wanna be travelling up to Sheffield or Belle Vue in the final last leg, you want to hold the trophy with your home fans and celebrate in Foxhall!
  12. It might be an old promo poster but he is still in the line up and he posted in the day he flew back to England (Tuesday) which would show he is promoting it still. And Rew posted the same poster yesterday (Wed) with Doyle listed as riding. I’m not saying he will ride, but knowing him, he won’t want to be on the side lines long as this is his last chance for SGP and Manchester is a week after the test match, maybe he is hoping to still ride in it? Who knows, only thought I’d share the info… I’m not saying he is or isn’t riding in it.
  13. Interesting that Doyle still is promoting the Poland Vs Rest of World meeting on 7th of June on his social media and he is still registered to take rides in it…
  14. Take a bow Jenkins! Great evening. Well done lads, hard fought match, got the points and onto the next.
  15. Jenkins racking up the points but all the boys showing spirit and determination! Great to see the heads haven’t gone down due to the injuries!
  16. I’d guess Doyle would be aiming for Malilla GP as a realistic target, giving him about 4 or 5 rounds left to try and get a top 6 finish.
  17. This one might not have aged well! I don’t know anything about the crash so hopefully he isn’t too beaten up by it!
  18. That might be a bonus, they could postpone the meeting if it did pour!
  19. If I were a betting man I’d say tomorrow is Birmingham’s first win of the season !
  20. That’s fair and I respect that, this forum is for everyone’s opinion, I’d never say who is right or wrong, just put my opinion on here that’s all.

  22. He was on gate one and by the half way point of bend two was next to the air fence. He deffo drifted wide…even lambert had to cut back and ruin his race if it wasn’t re run.
