Not trying to upset everyone here on the forum but I wouldn't say this is the main fan base for speedway, it’s just a voice for a few fans, half the people on here pick and choose meetings and aren’t loyal ‘every week go to support your home club’ fan. FYI I go to every home match at foxhall and try to go to what I can away again… people can decide to go to what they want, this isn’t a dig at anyone, just got to take everyone’s comments on here with a pinch of salt and don’t think this is the same view of the mass people who go to meetings.

But there isn't more than 7 world class riders in the series this year is there? Politics stopped two of the best being entered or even giving them a chance to qualify. People need to realise SGP isn't the best of the best, its about trying to accommodate and be inclusive of all riders for various nationalities to make it appealing to BS countries who don't have the calibre of riders to warrant being in the SGP. I pay money to 'try' and watch the best beat the best. SGP isn't that... Poland's club meetings have better races than the Grand Prix so that tells you everything you need to know about the Grand Prix. It's basically a European tour of Speedway with a few of the best riders in the world.

I know, I don’t think any of them are right for doing so. Holder bailed on Sheffield one time before when he was “injured” but then proceeded to ride in the SGP. Fans must really love him to stay behind him.

Emil beat him the first time tonight and then Zmarzlik got upset and laid his bike down when Emil took him in another race. I think he needs a shot to show what he can do again! Just like what lambert said, Zmarzlik rides hard for others but didn’t play fair on that one.
