  1. Highlights of the Leicester vs Oxford match just came on and I had to turn my living room lights up… Jesus that place is dark.
  2. Kurtz just rode the ride of the night. I don’t need to see anymore haha
  3. Sheffield getting more fans now that Wednesday are in danger! Probably more Sheffield hooligans.
  4. Yeah I know, I'd say Fricke and Lambert are flaky at the moment so that is entirely possible.
  5. I'm not that confident still with us, I think anyone in the top 4 can beat each other on any given night. It does make the racing more interesting than the Ekstraliga at the moment that's for sure! Tonight should be another close match.
  6. I'd guess Lebedevs or Kubera might get Top 7 or SEC win which would automatically put Thomsen back in the Grand Prix due to his finishing position in GP Challenge
  7. Probably more figure of speech, Emil isnt the type to put anyone down and he knows Kurtz is super fast this season. Plus Doyle even said BK (Brady Kurtz not Burger King) is the fasted guy out there ATM after heat 15 BV vs Witches.
  8. I’d bring Jenkins back ASAP and let him be part of the team, IMO it will only feel right to finish the league how we started it and as must as we win together we also lose together as a team.
  9. Polish clubs always allow the riders to ride in Britain. The problem is the rider has pressure to perform and probably knows all his eggs are in the Polish basket, so for his own security of his future, he would choose to miss Britain so he is 100% for Poland.
  10. When I spoke to him outside of Foxhall a few weeks back he said he wants to be back in it but for now it’s just not his time, and when my partner laughed and said Zmarzlik needs someone to push him he replied “let him have this moment” (in polish with my partner) 😂
  11. I’d like to think if he doesn’t win SEC, Dudek will be given the fourth wildcard! He has really found good form in league and SEC and Polish Individual.
  12. Farewell to Emil ?!?!?!? Could this season be the last of Emil in Ipswich? With 3 wildcards, and the possibility of them rising to 4, will łaguta and Emil finally get a spot back in the SGP? I know that SGP wanted them back in after listening to Emil speak but it’s 1 person on the FIM board who wasn’t allowing it. If Emil does get into the GP will he drop Ipswich to focus on that? It’s bad timing for Ipswich as I also believe he is on a 3 year work visa which either runs out at the end of this year or must be renewed, I also know the renewal cost is about £5,000. I sincerely hope not, but if he lifts the trophy this season, his job might be done.
  13. And then if Thomsen finishes top 7 Vaculik will be promoted to SGP, and if Vaculik also gets top 7 Cierniak will be promoted to SGP 😂😂😂 but then it doesn’t finish there… because Woryna, Madsen, MJJ and Lebedevs are all in with a shout for SEC but I would assume Dudek will win it! If however, Dudek comes second, it’s noted on SGP page it won’t go down to the next person who isn’t in the SGP, it will be a fourth wild card, which I would like to think would be given to Dudek anyway. The line-up is completed by three permanent wild cards selected by the SGP Commission. If the SEC winner finishes inside the Speedway GP top seven, four permanent wild cards will be chosen.
  14. Without a doubt I’d love to have him at Stal. They just couldn’t agree terms I believe so they have moved on. He can clearly ride the Stadion im.Edwarda Jancarza very well!
  15. Drabik was one on Stals shortlist but after long talks the club and rider failed to agree finances so they decided to look elsewhere, not sure if anyone else has contacted him but I’m sure he will be in demand. Anders is now looking to re-sign with Gorzow after talks elsewhere for him also fell through. Current squad that looks to be retained is below: Anders Thomsen Andzejs Lebedevs Oscar Paluch Adam Bednar (contract agreed in principle - J.Holder)
  16. Telling the Gorzow fans to F off and then to shut up 😂 I mean he is annoying but kind of funny too. Deffo a character!
  17. Had a lot of mental health issues with abuse for his riding early part of the season and calls for him to be dropped, he said he has a good family around him so it hasn’t affected him that much luckily, really happy he has come good at the right time!
  18. Happy for Fajfer! Great race from him to hold off Drabik. Stal trainer needs a stern talking to, how can you persist with Krok, who is exactly what is name states… a crock… and have a SGP 2 recent winner in Bednar as a reserve sub and never use him. 🤦🏼
  19. I think you need to actually go to Foxhall stadium and watch a meeting, you sound like someone who switched on the live stream, watched one match and now thinks they have a good idea how the track has been all season. Ipswich has some of the best racing I’ve seen this season, Ellis Doyle Emil Brennan and king all know how to run it wide and cut back when needed. The fact tonight’s track was so bad (and I agree a boring watch bearing in mind I was actually there) shows how good it has been, Doyle never walks on the track to see issues, so all Ipswich boys wanted it to be the normal Thursday night they know so they could go outside or in. And if you want evidence as you mentioned previously I can send multiple videos from my phone confirming how good the racing has been. Only a few meetings ago Ellis came from 15m back to help in a 5-1.
  20. Is he frustrated with the comments by his manager on the podcast saying he was signed to be better than he is 😂 and then coming to Foxhall to get smashed probably, and then rush over to race Gorzow tomorrow night. He rode also before Denmark in Rybnik training, if he rides tomorrow night you know the score.
  21. I think this where Doyle and Emil are superior to Kurtz and Bewley, they team ride the best out of any big guns in this league when needed and constantly look for each other when racing. Bewley and Kurtz are still young though so it’s these things they can learn, no criticism to them. Let’s see if they have a different attitude when they are faced with being knocked out of the play offs if the same situation occur.
