But the frequency with which they change (and having different rules for different leagues) doesn't help.

Most NORA meetings will take place at tracks that have SRBF collections. How is Jack Thomas hiring Scunny any different from Barry Bishop hiring Plymouth?

Because it is publicly available information that you can get from Companies House. PS Gilmour was Saunderson's accountant, so in all likelihood a nominee holding for Saunderson family members. -

Certainly the greatest self-promoter of all time, and while undoubtedly one of the most important in the sport's history there are others. -
I rate Thomas, but given Kemp had a higher average than Thomas in both leagues last season I fail to see how it makes them weaker. Both have lots of potential, the question is can they fulfil it.

Phil Morris appointed Premiership CEO
arnieg replied to NeilWatson's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
How does Phil Morris change the rulebook? The rulebook 'belongs' to the ACU/SCB, except for the sections on league racing rules, for which responsibility has been delegated to the BSPL. But Phil has been appointed by Premiership promoters ( whose only influence over the rulebook is as BSPL members), so how can he change rules that effect the Championship clubs without them having a say? And if the solution is to allow changes that just effect the Premiership but not the Championship that further complicates the rulebook. -

An encouraging move. However it will be a challenging role for Phil given how many problems the sport has. So what do the Championship promoters do now? -

The Brighton Budgie Smugglers (bagsy be team manager ) -
The key failing was not to put a restriction on heatleader strength that would prevent teams having a powerful top three and as a consequence three low averaged riders, leaving little room for the mid-range riders.
