That's a crippling blow for the Chargers. Is Atkins available should Sunday be needed? Or Tuesday?

Crowds still very good and fairly decent for most Chargers matches as well. Not a fan of moving up at this stage, much bigger outlay in wages, won't really get bigger crowds and sponsorship levels already decent. Tv money? Whilst welcome, surely it won't cover the extra expenditure. Monday or Thursday racing? Impossible to tell if that would have any effect either way, one off matches are ok but not a true reflection if using that day every week. All in all, not for me.

Not sure who was due to line up for Leicester on Wednesday as Poole were due to be riding but the Poole v Scunny match has been moved to Saturday. Same guest for Joe Thompson? Although the weather appears awful so may not matter anyway.

What realistic and affordable change do fans want?

Glasgow may have beaten Oxford twice at home but it was a win apiece on aggregate and Oxford also beat Poole by 14, so not much between them really. However, congratulations to Glasgow.

Jenkins is injured, would have been r/r tonight and he's not riding tomorrow for the Chargers either.

Oxford clearly weakened by Jenkins absence, maybe not so much at home but definitely away. He defeated Basso in the league match a few weeks back.

To be fair, he has a decent home average, but over two legs, one at Oxford, r/r scores more in my opinion.

Vissing this season scored 1+1 from 4 rides, well off the pace. 6+1 from 4 for Birmingham last year. If I were Glasgow, I would not be telling him to rush back that's for sure. Tarasenko n Brennan with 2 reserves rides looks better to me.

They always push next years Cardiff tickets at the meeting, not so this year, hence rumours of a move
