  1. Is there land available to the West of the A1 or just a few miles up the A1? Is there land available near the lakes to the South?
  2. It already does ..... Heat 15 Score after 14 heats 40 - 44 Heat 15 5-0 3 points home 1 point away 4-2 0 points home 3 points away 3-3 0 points home 3 points away 2-4 0 points home 4 points away 1-5 0 points home 4 points away
  3. But a bug bear , for a lot of people is drawn out meetings. Now, you could have a 15-20 minute interval after heat 10 or 12, a 5-10 minute gap for the nominated heat 15 + possible track grade then another 5+ minute gap for the same riders(probably) in heat 15 to have a tinker with their bikes while another track grade takes place.
  4. In Poland, according to this https://speedwayteams2022.blogspot.com/p/pge-ekstraliga-2022.html , he is riding in the Leszno squad as an U24 rider. I am not sure if this is just the U24 League or can move up to the main squad as well.
  5. No, as the "Super Heat" does not go on the Individual scoring chart.
  6. So you get a "Bonus Point" for losing by 6 or less to the home team BUT LOSE the "Bonus Point" if you draw! You just can not make it up. ................. but the SCB or BSP Ltd(Premiership Promoters)can. IDIOTS!
  7. I have just seen that Vissing is classed as a newcomer for Holsted in 2022 so must have back tracked on that decision to sign for Birmingham.
  8. I wonder which promoter(s) thought of this idea? With only 6 teams in the Premiership, it must have taken ages to get a result(sorry no 3-3 voting, it has to be a majority vote). Even the Speedway Star has not put out this story so it must have been thought of in this last week. What result will be given if meetings are curtailed by rain & it is a draw after 10 or more heats(the result stands)? I can see this rule being moth-balled before the season starts.
  9. Yes it has, by myself, only 2 posts after your last post on this topic.
  10. Top riders missing this year that rode in 2021. R Schlein, B Pedersen, J Crump, A Ellis, T Jorgensen, E Kennett
  11. It seems strange that there is more hooliganism/fires when there are bank holidays/half terms. Just go back a few weeks to remind yourselves to what happened at a nearby stadium!
  12. The story is in the Daily Star but I can not find a link on their website. Basically, it says he has got a promotion at the quarry site where he is working & he would need to find a weekend club to continue his racing, as he has a 500 mile commute taking up 2 days of work at Plymouth. Maybe he is thinking of his future for a guaranteed wage rather than a hope full one if Ian Jordan is sniffing around at Plymouth. Once bitten, twice shy.
  13. Possibly, if 6 man teams + 2 squad riders but if Premiership increase the number of teams then no.
  14. Steve Cram has been a bit hit & miss with his commentary, even though he is not a curler. This weekend, whether it was in the men's or women's, I can't remember, but he said "there's 6 stones in the house(full target) even though GB had only sent 5 & Rhona never picked up on it.
  15. It has not been mentioned on here but I have seen two articles, probably the same interview, with Ty saying Berwick is a better fit as 75% of meetings will be at a weekend. Last year both Berwick AND Leicester rode on a Saturday!
  16. J Palin signs up for Esbjerg(Tai's team) in Danish League.
  17. I am sure he still had a few meetings in Poland (August time?) even after he signed for us.
  18. I have also seen TJ's name in the Gdansk squad in Polish 1 Liga
  19. depends when the interview took place. It might be a different story now.
  20. Not too sure! A group of us was having a bit of banter in the stand on bend 1 with a group of youths(20-28 yr olds?) & others before & during the meeting which later turned ugly & abusive after the youths who had had a few cans of stella when the score line was going against them.
  21. Isn't he the only new Aussie rider riding over here in 2022 though?
