Doyle rides in Poland and the UK, what's your point?
-
Not mutually exclusive, he could be employed in both jobs. We are not all mercenaries.
-
Yes and I do. Emil is not British so not comparable at all. Riders should support their home leagues, as nearly all do, if they have one, even more so if you are the world champion.
-
I'm indifferent to this, never warmed to him and of course it's now that it suits him
-
Harris was an awful guest. Think he should lose his 'good at Monmore' tag!
-
However the racing has been much better this season and was dire last night. I know the opposition was not the strongest.
-
Who is that though, apart from Andersen? Pedersen did retire, Nicholls is having a scorching season this year, Harris is doing well, so do you mean Basso and MPT?
-
To me though it's not about getting your average, it's how many he's getting each meeting. Scoring 14 on a night when the teams wins fairly easily means to maintain his average he'll score 5 or so the next meeting when we lose. It's consistency he struggles with and everyone knows he's capable which is why it frustrates fans.

As with anything you want to sell, it's up to you if you do or do not, no sense giving it away.

And Jenkins.

Buying SGP tickets (Cardiff 2023)...
SPEEDY69 replied to Ace no.5's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
OK, will try that tomorrow, thanks. Just went via the desktop as suggested and yes, the block can then be selected - thanks for the advice and disappointing that's not made clear by see tickets. -

I can't seem to find out how I book a specific block, it only asks for the category and it's giving me a block on the third bend when I want second bend (same category). Has anyone else faced this and managed to select what they wanted? -
Maybe it is harsh, let's see. I just remember so many others who went on to the top and the rapid progress they made. Maybe am unfair comparison but Loram Louis Screen Lee Nicholls and others. Joe doesn't even ride like he wants to go faster.
-
I think the Thompsons may have reached their level, not seen much in the way of progress this year.
-
Not understandable to anyone who doesn't know what those reasons are!
-
No, having averages based on your suggestion is, which is why it's not been done here.
-
Would be interesting I suppose seeing the riders slowing down to finish behind their partner every race. That undefeated 8 point man would be a highly sought after signing.
-
Not sure it is. Hypothetical I know but say rider x scores 8 points each meeting but in every race he's second to his partner. At the season end his average is 8 or 2 per race, even though he's not been beaten by any opponent. For me that illustrates why I agree with the general. In his way, the average is 12, much better in my view.
-
Perhaps it was 'in the interests of speedway' But you're right of course, unless they've been looking to replace him for some time.
-
A few on here appear to be 'in the know' but that doesn't satisfy those who like to criticise. Honesty brings understanding and harmony.
-
I see Kemp has joined Leicester, they had no bother dropping Dan Thompson, why do Ipswich still have Joe?
-
I agree but I do remember Sheffield fans saying he made them weaker last time!
-
Should be a win for Sheffield here as Ipswich are low on confidence. They will have Tobi rather than Nicholls as well. Kerr is in great form, key man for them is Howarth I think. If he cuts out the bucking bronco stuff that's what should tip it in Sheffield's favour.
