  1. Im a wind up merchant am i? Ok ,if you say so... Actually if you take the time to read my post its the bottom one of SS1's bundle you've put up, and that could apply to any rider. But obviously not you.. And no, they are both totally different..
  2. Troll , ive not been proved wrong. Did SS1 actually mention any names??
  3. If you say so.... Paragrapgh sentence whatever.
  4. Yes your second paragragph is right, your first isn't made clear... Reguardless what you say..
  5. Thinking is no good. You think he was going on about Nielsen, he was on about Charles Wright, and SS1 didn't make anything clear...
  6. That's right, my mother lives in Devon and I attend Somerset on a reasonably regular basis, and have been a poole fan now for, just a few years... Good init... Don't know what your on about, but I don't think Superstar 1 was talking about Charles Wright. I to as ive said before have been very impressed with wright, and on his average he'd been very difficult for Garry to ignore next season.. imo Nick Morris Josh Kyle and Charles are certainties. But SS1 is right if they don't come up to scratch they move on..
  7. I agree, but Mr Russell always been the go between in the Sky deals.
  8. Well something needs to be thrashed out, because although some people wouldn't see speedway being a loss on sky, many clubs would. Now, I would ask the promoters to think long and hard before they throw any deal offered out the window, then, they can go from there and tweek things. But in the first instance I urge ALL ther promoters involved, to sit round a table.. There's a couple of old sayings.... Yes there are alturnatives, and BT Sport could be one, but Sky have been on board for many years now, and they should get first dibs and offer a deal.
  9. Yes that is correct Tinytimrebel, they finished top of the regulation league and top of their play off group. And if they don't get the second leg somebody's needs sacking and Somerset need to hold a stewards, simple as that. Congratulations to the rebels on reaching the final..
  10. The same as a team finishing 4th in the Elite League this season went on to win that... The play off's are not meaningless, it brings in good revenue for those clubs involved. So the onus is on all the clubs to sign riders with the potential to make the play off's or win the league.. Simple really. Again , best of luck to Garry Bish and the boys tonight. It a fraise i like to use, but is true, Rebels must not get complacent, and need to finish the job off, professionally.
  11. The play off's are good for speedway and good for the clubs involved. But, they should be run on their merits, get shot of all this tactical lark. If you take a 10 point lead to and opponant you defend and 10 point lead, if the home side over turn the 10 points, then they win the tie, simples... Including the final..
  12. Thats not my fault, i don't start them, just replying to this thread... As for your last piece, We're taking nothing for granted, i can assure you..
  13. Still plenty of racing to do in 2013 yet..
  14. Although im very pleased that Somerset are almost, in the final, i agree with this tactical rule. When you get to the play off's and final both meetings should be run on their merits. Ie, if you take a 15 point lead away, thats what you defend, a 15 point lead, if the home team win by 16 points then they win the tie. Simples...
  15. Its definately 19 points, now on the Rebels home page.. Well done Statman. Enjoy the rest of your holiday..
