  1. We got lovely Toilets in the back straight Grandstand, and a disabled Toilet and Baby changing area. There's a reasonable Toilet in the Champs Bar.
  2. Couldn't agree more with your first point mate. You should have maybe a couple of challenges to give the boys a good blow middle end of march, then straight into the league programme. This should also apply to the EL. I do feel the play off's are a must, as they do bring in good revenue for the clubs involved, but i do feel the PL play off's need to be re-structured. They are to long winded..
  3. I don't know about the costs, but i was talking to somebody the other day about the self same idea of doing an hour or so highlights programme weekly with live sky meetings for the play off's and final.. That could well be a goer..
  4. Well unless they extend the cut off date by posibly 4 days there could be a small problem. If Edinbourgh is called off friday and they can't run Saturday, and with the forcast for Monday Dire, what a farce its going to become, for two teams who have the right after fighting their ways to this position after 8 months to finish this properly ..
  5. I will say one thing with my Rebels hat on. There is no way, if the weather intervienes this weekend the Rebels settle for the first leg, by right, they get the second leg. There is talk, of Edinbourgh staging there leg on the Saturday night, if posible, and if, the forcast is right for Monday then it will be touch and go for Somersets home leg. If that is the case, then Edinbourgh should run Friday week, and the Rebels run Monday week, everything being equal.. Thats just my guess, but whatever happens Somerset should finish with the second leg, no questions.. Again with my Rebels hat on, i really do hope that the Rebels win over the two legs, it will be compensation for Garry Bish and the Hancocks for last year, losing to a last race decider. But, it will not be a walk in the park, and if they want it, they are going to have to work for it, there will be no short cuts.. Best of luck to both clubs..
  6. I don't think the weather is going to play ball, which will be a dam shame for both clubs.. Just can't believe none of the Somerset fans either started this thread or commented on it. Their biggest weekend of the season... not good.
  7. Im a wind up merchant am i? Ok ,if you say so... Actually if you take the time to read my post its the bottom one of SS1's bundle you've put up, and that could apply to any rider. But obviously not you.. And no, they are both totally different..
  8. Troll , ive not been proved wrong. Did SS1 actually mention any names??
  9. If you say so.... Paragrapgh sentence whatever.
  10. Yes your second paragragph is right, your first isn't made clear... Reguardless what you say..
  11. Thinking is no good. You think he was going on about Nielsen, he was on about Charles Wright, and SS1 didn't make anything clear...
  12. That's right, my mother lives in Devon and I attend Somerset on a reasonably regular basis, and have been a poole fan now for, just a few years... Good init... Don't know what your on about, but I don't think Superstar 1 was talking about Charles Wright. I to as ive said before have been very impressed with wright, and on his average he'd been very difficult for Garry to ignore next season.. imo Nick Morris Josh Kyle and Charles are certainties. But SS1 is right if they don't come up to scratch they move on..
  13. I agree, but Mr Russell always been the go between in the Sky deals.
  14. Well something needs to be thrashed out, because although some people wouldn't see speedway being a loss on sky, many clubs would. Now, I would ask the promoters to think long and hard before they throw any deal offered out the window, then, they can go from there and tweek things. But in the first instance I urge ALL ther promoters involved, to sit round a table.. There's a couple of old sayings.... Yes there are alturnatives, and BT Sport could be one, but Sky have been on board for many years now, and they should get first dibs and offer a deal.
