No. It would be his current championship average converted.

Think we’re way too past that now unfortunately. I’m checking out at just about the right time.
-
Absolutely NOTHING like it used to be let’s be real here. Some of these have now actually closed and only open on match days. The Town is a complete sh!thole that is a pale shadow of its old self, pure and simple. It won’t just be our town either, plenty just like it up and down the country. If you want a nice night out, go a bit further out to Woodbridge where it’s still relatively civilised and hasn’t been “diversified” yet.
-
Guess you’ve never been to Ipswich in recent times 🙄 unless you wanna vape or get your haircut in a Turkish fuc*ing barber then don’t even bother going in to “town”. Sh!thole. well done Labour.

Would be very surprised at that on current form. He’s prone to having a stinker now and then and maybe that could be today so it’s not impossible, but I’d be very surprised if he only has four rides and doesn’t make heat 15 on his current form. We’re going to need another double figure score from him today. He’s currently the most important rider in the team at the moment and the one we’re hanging our hat on. He’s been instrumental in us winning all but one of our fixtures to date. If he has a stinker, then we’ll probably lose.
-
He was excellent in the win away at Lynn also, but then very poor at Northampton as well as the two home fixtures. He’s incredibly inconsistent and frustratingly, he’s inconsistent during meetings not just meeting to meeting. He can have a couple of fantastic rides where you think he’s on it, then can run a couple of lasts of third places and look all at sea. Hawkins was singing his praises last year and tipping him to go to the very top and challenge Bewley and Lambert as top Brit in seasons to come, but the lad turns 25 this year so he needs to start getting a move on pronto. He’s not old no, but he isn’t some emerging 19/20 year old either he’s been around a while now and he needs to sort out the inconsistency in his riding. He looks miles off GP standard at the moment.

Want to see a much better home performance from Brennan today. 6, and 5 in the two home meetings so far nowhere near good enough.
-
Bit ironic that Lynn seemed to have the weakest tail end (despite their reserves having obvious talent) and Ipswich one of the strongest due to how each team were built. But on current form, you’d have to say Lynn actually look stronger at reserve for this meeting! Rushen has been in good form and Scott has been improving in recent weeks, racking up an impressive 11 yesterday at Worky. The two Ipswich boys in the same fixture, racked up four points between them! Jenkins has started the season poorly.

“I want to say a big thanks to Richard Coleman and Andrew Chisholm. It has been very professional, and as everyone can probably see, there are licks of paint going up here and there. The place is clean and tidy. I can only see them taking Ipswich Speedway and speedway in general forward.”
-
They would still get that 40,000 next Sunday so the economy side is irrelevant. Don’t buy the players on holiday excuse seven days after the final fixture so we’ll agree to disagree there. They claim to be supportive of the Speedway in the town, but have just sh!t on it from a great height. The football is a multi million pound business that will survive regardless, the Bank Holiday fixture for the Speedway can be the difference between breaking even, or making a business loss at the end of the season. Anyway no point going over and over it the decision has been made and it’s done. Pick your event Cookie!

Again, why couldn’t they have arranged this for next Sunday? You’d think the Council would look at the events already planned for the day in Ipswich before pressing the button on this. I feel sorry for Mayfield here, it’s poor from the Council whichever way you slice it. It isn’t just the parade this time either unlike two years ago, the event afterwards at Christchurch Park now means people simply HAVE to choose one or the other, when a hell of a lot of people support both sports and would love to have attended both. It’s crap.
-
The council have announced a celebration parade across the town for Tomorrow to celebrate promotion back to the Premier League, followed by a celebration event in Christchurch Park that players will be attending. This will undoubtedly hit attendance figures at Foxhall and will also make travelling difficult for certain people depending where you’re travelling from. It’s a shame for Mayfield as they’d have been hoping for a bumper Bank Holiday pay day so it’s pretty poor from the Council. Why couldn’t they have arranged this for next Sunday? There’ll be an awful lot of people who would have liked to have attended both.

He’s been another negative for me. Had that great meeting at Lynn, but that aside he’s been disappointing. Early days I know.
-
Think the Lynn reserves will fare much better here than they did a few weeks ago.
-
I’m sure the opportunity is there and he’ll be doing everything he can to impress, we know how gutted he was to not have a place this year. But, there’s still better options out there for me.
-
Think we were all in agreement before the season started that Jenkins wasn’t the right choice for the senior reserve position on his average with the way we built the side, but the way things have started this year, unfortunately this probably makes us stronger on Monday!

So roughly the same size as the old Foxhall track before the changes. Not quite the juggernaut everyone was describing 😂 -

Yes. Paul Hurry mentions it here https://ipswichwitches.co/hurry-no-let-up-for-witches-on-northampton-debut/ -
Every single non neutral on here who has a team to support despite what they’ll try and tell us. I take your point on the first issue though and I actually agree with you. I can only speak for myself here, but for me there’s definitely been something missing in these opening meetings. That star quality is missing. I always looked forward to the opening heat because Emil or Doyle were in it, same for every other heat they were in. That is now missing and the fact (with all due respect to him) Musielak is now the highlight and the races I now most look forward to speaks volumes from my perspective. As does the fact I plumped for a season ticket again this year, but still couldn’t be bothered to make the trip across town to go so paid another 15 quid to watch it at home instead! I regret now getting one but if it’s a similar style of line up next year I certainly won’t be getting another and will watch the odd stream instead.
-
I caught that too 😂 pretty sure those decisions were already made and like you say, he was just giving both riders some encouragement.
-
Really was pretty turgid stuff wasn’t it 🥴
-
Good to see Coleman there again fully hands on considering one particular naysayer said he’d be far too busy and wouldn’t be seen.
-
They’re all having a whinge about it being far too slick and they’re justified. Very little grip

You’re welcome.
