Absolutely does and it really suits his style. The higher banking work done during the winter especially around bends 3 and 4, has become more and more evident as the season has gone on. Ellis has made up huge ground on those in front of him by taking that outside route. -
All a bit irrelevant against Belle Vue really. The name of the game here was just to make a decent fist of it because the aggregate bonus would be bagged at Foxhall. In the plays offs if the two clubs meet at any stage, Iām confident of beating Belle Vue over two legs if we stay injury free. Leicester still the bigger danger currently but have they peaked a bit early?

Ah Sheffield doing the old Hokey Cokey just before the cut off eh. As sure as night follows day.

Not convinced youāll see rising stars next year personally.

I enjoyed the meeting too. Thought it was a decent watch. Fricke the best rider in the league currently. Really like him too seems like a decent down to earth fella so good for him. Still if some got their way, heās another theyād happily punt out of British Speedway to get one league speedway..š

Might be, but doubtful at the moment. As Hawkins says in the preview above, since the injury wobble we havenāt got close to getting back to our early season form yet when we were blitzing everyone out of sight at Foxhall. Hopefully that comes back by play off time!

Is It Finally Time For One League?

Ok, letās get rid of the quality we do have, and let everybody have mediocre teams and equally sh!t attendances for the sake of equality and ācredibilityā. Terrific strategy. Ban the GP stars, problems solved! -

And yet the biggest cheer of the season apparently was when your GP star Fricke came from 15 metres to win on the line in spectacular fashion. Iām sorry but you aināt getting that kind of star quality from the Thompsonās or even Ryan Douglas. How people are happy to see these riders depart is beyond me. -
Yes is the simple answer. Dan left enough room for a double decker bus and Kerr went through it. There were several people up in the box and every single one of us knew that it was over as soon as Dan hit the deck and that he was getting excluded. There really is no argument to be had here. The only slight doubt was that the referee might be a āHomerā and wrongfully exclude Kerr.

Itās YOU who has the rose tinted glasses on Buttons. Not only was there no contact, it wasnāt even close! I probably had the best view in the house for this incident. Up in the VIP box between first and second bend thanks to Arch. Fact is, Dan passed Kerr up the inside going up the back straight. That then took him wide around bends three and four. Kerr then came steaming down the inside of Dan down the home straight, Dan saw him coming through, panicked and laid it down. I hope this heat gets replayed via rerun so everyone can see. If Iāve got it wrong, Iāll hold my hands up. Pretty sure I havenāt though.

Havenāt had a chance to read through the latest, but there was absolutely nothing wrong with Kerrās move. Dan done exceptionally well to get past Kerr, but Kerr then came down hard, but fair to reclaim the place. What a week for Lynn, and fair bloody play. Superb in both meetings and fully deserved victories.

One league isnāt happening. Forget about it. -
Crazy to say it considering how good theyāve been, but we no longer have the top end strength away from home. Still fine at Foxhall, but the top two have consistently disappointed away from home this year. Age and injury catching up with them Iām afraid. Fair play to Kings Lynn. 8 points down that was a superb fight back and fully deserved win.
