  1. Lambert R, Lambert S and Blackbird all have evening matches for their EL teams.
  2. Like most of the others I thought it was a dreadful meeting with little passing and riders often strung out, if you missed the gate or made a mistake you were dead and buried as Woffinden amongst others highlighted. The crowd was very poor as well, showing this event in front of an empty stadium hardly creates interest or atmosphere and its hard to see Prague next week helping as although the city is lovely the track is complete pants. Worrying times at the moment for the organisers with the pressure well and truly on for the track technicians.
  3. Crikey that's 4 meetings postponed in 8 days, not been a good week for the Tigers
  4. To be fair though with the team as it is, guest for the no 1 and Greenwood struggling the team is still flying. Doesn't look like a nearly team to me.
  5. He has a bit of a problem with Peterborough, he has been on MPT,s case since he joined us.
  6. Kurtz doesn't get a RR ride as Lambert is third in the averages. Still think we could win this but it makes it very hard now, Kurtz, Ostergaard and Blackbird should go well but going to need good performances from MPT and Simon Lambert.
  7. Certainly doesn't look very good, particularly bad around 7pm
  8. Facebook says Brady Kurtz for Panthers at 1 and Workington are using RR for Rusty Harrison other than that both teams should be as per normal. Weather is forecast to be a little warmer tomorrow and no rain shown so no problems on that point. I see Laura Morgan has stoked the fire somewhat regarding Palm Toft, expecting he might get a rough ride from Workington supporters, that's of course assuming some Comet fans are planning to attend.
  9. No they wouldn't, the bloody clock had packed up by then as well.
  10. SCB amendment to the regulations in early May, apparently it's to allow riders 2013 scores to be added to the rolling averages for those riders who didn't ride in the PL/EL in 2014.
  11. Perhaps its about time they did away with the practice beforehand then
  12. We can use guests providing Allen stays at no 1 in the averages
  13. It's hard to say whether Belle Vue were good or Lynn dreadful, probably a bit of both but it wasn't a good meeting and their was a blue groove visible after 7 heats which isn't good, ZAGAR looked tremendous until he missed a gate and their was little passing especially in the second half of the meeting. Lynn just don't seem to be cutting it at the moment and all their top riders appear to be struggling.
  14. [quote name="topsoil" post="2604966" timestamp="1430073318" Nicki Barrett has always been good around Glasgow. I'm actually quite surprised Glasgow haven't snapped him up yet. On a favourable average for what he would score there each week. I don't think Workington would like it much bearing in mind he is riding for them at present.
  15. I rather think you are are right, didn't Kings Lynn win the award last year and at present the track is pants
  16. And since when has the BSPA ever been consistent
  17. The headsets were not any better than the phones apparently and Jim Lawrence,s mobile was turned off for the meeting (FIM regs) The Referees box wasn't enclosed and was open to the main arena so the noise was ridiculous. Thankfully a few of us now know the truth
  18. You could always watch a big Rockets defeat at Peterborough, you will at least see some passing.
  19. Because making himself look an arse is his full time occupation, you must have surely noticed by now.
  20. According to the rules He will be on 7.26 until completing 4H & 4A which should be Sheffield away on the 14th May, he should then get a new average which will be effective 7 days later.
