Check the Peterborough declaration on the BSPA web site, MPT is formally in the team and has been for a while. -

Wow what a result -
Must win match for the Panthers if they are to progress and with both teams using guests the result is by no means certain either way, it will be interesting to see if Palm Toft scores well considering he rode for Plymouth in 2013. Plymouth 1. Ryan Fisher 2. Jack Holder 3. Sam Simota 4. Ty Proctor (G) 5. Morten Risager 6. Sam Chapman 7. Ashley Morris Peterborough 1. Lasse Bjerre (G) 2. Michael Palm Toft 3. Robert Lambert 4. Lewis Blackbird 5. Ulrich Ostergaard 6. Oliver Greenwood 7. Simon Lambert

Really, I was under the impression IPSWICH thought they could just turn up last night and would walk it, that was of course until Louis and TUNGATE looked over the fence and saw the track. Don't write teams off too early, some take a few matches to get going and I was quite impressed with Somerset the other week.

The bit about not much dirt these days is as far as I am concerned the telling one, let's be fair tracks these days are generally slick but most riders when faced with a grippy deep track just cannot handle it. Peterborough slick doesnt present problems to anyone as two home defeats this year testify but is a completely different ball game when it's really grippy.

That's the first time this year the Panthers have had a track that suited them and they won well, every track has home advantage and Foxhall is no different. I still think the Witches are a good team but HAWKINS wasn't fit and some of your established riders just didn't step up to the plate, King was excellent as always around the Showground.

Some good racing tonight and on a track which suited most of the Panthers but only King of the Witches. It was a bit heavy and possibly a bit too wet but it was entertaining and as you mentioned it sorted the men out from the boys. I think Peterborough will be a different animal after today, and I could watch meetings like that every night.

Rye House Vs Peterborough Panthers 6/4/15 Lc

I bet Len Silver wish he had offered the discount now, at least he would have had a better gate. You write the Panthers off at your peril, signs at Ipswich Good Friday that they were turning the corner. That's made the group a bit more open. -

Whether it's right or not that's what happens, it's common practice and has happened loads of times. I would think that's a view shared by a lot of supporters. -

In which case POOLE will revert back to their original declaration before the match and get RR for Watt, SCHLEIN either way D you really think Ford is not aware of this. Lol -

No if it's rained off they will just revert to their original line up and use RR, then re install GRAJCZONEK after the weekend. Ford knows how to play the system -
King's Lynn V Lakeside Tues 31st Sky 7.30
bigcatdiary replied to Daniel Smith's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
You get a very mixed bag on here Custer as you are well aware, some have a good idea what's going on and some have to have it spelled out in large letters. Of course you even get some who try to pull the wool over another's eyes and tell big porkies making out that some things in the sport are better than they what they generally are. Generally it would be beneficial to thnk everyone involved in the sport did so because they cared about it but my experience is that most just care about a particular team or club and are quite happy to shaft the opposition at every opportunity they get, although I will add that doesn't apply to all that I have met over the years, the fact that we have a complete joke of a rule book doesn't help but this sports administration needs to sort itself out and start pulling in the same direction. -

Everyone's entitled to their own opinion and views and rightly so but speedway is in the entertainment business and when it ceases to provide entertainment it loses its supporters, and no supporters ultimately means no more speedway. -

This is my 46th year of watching speedway and believe me I know crap when I see it and most of what's being served up at the moment is just that. Perhaps promoters should take more notice of the paying public and less notice of what riders, mechanics and team managers say and prepare tracks so they entertain the people who keep this sport going. -

Not sure I agree with that, although not the easiest track to ride Wolverhampton always used to be well prepared and had a reasonable amount of dirt on it. -

[quote name="whoswinnin86" post="2592851" timestamp="1427902260" Kings Lynn were always going to run out easy winners in this meeting and Sky Sports need to choose better meetings, big track v small track only going to go one way and it ended up being a poor meeting to watch. I agree, Lakeside are probably one of the worst travellers. Trouble is any visit to Arena is also a guaranteed borefest.
