  1. What you mean like suggesting teams don’t pay riders, indeed.
  2. Yes I am sure it was more Wonga,Starke only too readily agreed to guest yesterday so he obviously didn’t have any problems about riding, as Gemini says Chris was moaning about a 5 hour wasted drive on his wife’s birthday.
  3. He was offered terms as was Harris, but the draw of more Wonga from the garage owners just swayed it, it will be interesting to see who fancies the long drive next year, Harris already seems annoyed with it according to his twitter and it’s only just started.
  4. To be fair Nicholls just wasn’t getting out of the starts, he told me his Godden is fast enough around any of the tracks so the problem was just the start. After a couple of rides he had sorted the set up and looked much sharper, problem sorted.
  5. I do find it somewhat annoying when a double upper gets bigger injured riding for his Premiership club, what do you think Steve!
  6. I would have thought it’s easy, K Bjerre he only lives an hour away, big mate of Hans as well
  7. Hopefully the weather will allow this to go ahead as Panthers will want to kick off their Championship with a win following a couple of rain iffs. Paul Starke guests for Michael Palm Toft who hurt his ankle last night following a crash at Swindon but Other than him Peterborough look unchanged, Redcar team news is yet to be confirmed.
  8. Confirmed broken ankle for VACULIK is what I am hearing, sounds like a Bjerre sized hole to me
  9. I would have thought Woffinden, Cook and Lambert at reserve was a given.
  10. Judging by the rain we have had in the last 24 hours I am not in the least surprised it’s off, the track must be waterlogged
  11. I hope he has less rain than we have in Peterborough as it’s rained for about the last 24 hours.
  12. To be fair I don’t see a lot of fault anywhere, just a racing incident between two riders giving it everything.
  13. To be fair Custer it’s difficult to find anything positive to say about Lakeside, it certainly isn’t the quality of the racing or the superb all seated grandstand. But I should think your riders are happy, well apart from Kim Nilsson anyway.
  14. Indeed we are although we are fairly confident he will sort it.
  15. No based on the fact that your team is built around Lakeside track specialists.
  16. Does anyone know why it’s off as the website doesn’t say, perhaps Jenga knows ?
  17. Well that’s my first visit to Arena for quite a while and to be fair nothings changed. It’s still very basic facilities and the track was it’s usual super slick. The racing was generally poor with little genuine overtaking but interest was somewhat maintained because the Panthers managed to stay close until the latter few heats. Morris was very quick out of the starts but even he couldn’t make any impression when outrapped by Ostergaard. I don’t see many teams getting anything out of Lakeside but on the other side I don’t see them getting much on the road either. Nicholls needs to sort his machinery out, his track craft is good but his trapping is awful.
