People won't go because the facilities are poor and the stadiums are shabby? What a load of crap.
Arena Essex attracts thousands for stock car racing in the same stadium that hosts speedway. Lakeside crowds are far less than stocks attendances
Typical Brit. Think outside the box for a minute. Craig Cook would be noticed more if he succeeds in Sweden, Poland etc, possibly attracting bigger and better sponsors. This equals more cash.
Crowds have more than halved since the 2005-2007 glory days. You can't put it all down to the economy. I don't buy all the no passing at Rye crap, it was the same back then and attendances were over 1,000 most weeks. I want to see a winning team and I suspect most would want the same
They tried that in 2006, but abandoned the idea mid way through the season as a couple of teams had really good reserves (Boxall at Rye, Armstrong at Mildenhall)
Rye House have declared Edward Kennett, so that reduces the chance of us signing Danny King. Rye House have never gone into a season top heavy in recent times
Interesting. The lighting needed to be improved and the move back to BH Monday meetings is welcome. Happy to see Edward back and I must admit I'm surprised to see Jason return. I hope he gives the Rockets 100%.
I hope that they don't wait too long for Nelson to sort his visa out, otherwise we'll be scrambling around looking for a replacement like last time.
A positive start to team building.
