I wouldn't pay too much attention to an "intention to run" or a "commitment to run", unless contracts have been signed between Ippo and BSPL I doubt there's anything legally binding and it's just words. I suppose the only sanction Mr Louis would receive would be not getting his bond money back, if indeed that is still a thing?

You can't beat the live experience though, the sights, the sounds, the smell... and you tend to not let your vision drift away to look at a lamp post whenever somebody falls off or miss an after race incident because you're busy filling your programme in... although to be fair some do seem more interested in filling their programme in than what's going on around them lol 😂

Well ignoring their posts or actually putting them on ignore are both options... It was no surprise to see many of the names of the posters on this topic and the ones adding the "likes" were some of the same names that have contributed to the wall of honour that accompanies each of my posts.

Seems to me that Plymouth have gone back to "grass roots" Speedway, the type a lot of us were brought up on before the Sport decided to take itself far too seriously and tried to be something it's not and probably never will be... a Professional sport. They're probably only a 2nd half away from getting back to the night out that most of us yearn for. Keep your flashy TV contracts etc. That's been and gone and we blew it.

Just bring along 2 utility bills and photo ID as proof... that'll get them queuing at the turnstiles 😁

I was watching the event where they were outdoors on snowboards on a kind of MotoX track going downhill, it was quite exciting and they were making great use of the drone as well... not just following the rider around at the back!

If Speedway had a fraction of the coverage that the beeb have given to Curling over the last 2 weeks!!! Literally every time I've switched the TV on somebody has been Curling one out!!!
