AJ was certainly getting quite a bit of stick following Ljung's crash. I got the impression that the atmosphere was much more akin to Football than what we are used to at our Speedway Meetings. Very big riot police with balaclavas, shields and batons said it all really.

I'm amazed you thought this wasn't a particularly good match. I've been on a Stag weekend in Poland last weekend and this was my first sample of Polish League Action. I thought it was an excellent match and miles better than any British EL meeting i've seen this year. Regarding the crowd, there didn't seem that many from Bydgoszcz there. It was hard to put a figure on it but i know Swindon would gratefully take half that crowd every week!
