  1. Edinburgh are a better team than earlier in the season so I expect a reasonably comfortable home win. Edinburgh 53 Berwick 37.
  2. If there is dirt on the track and its heavily watered I`m guessing we will see the same Rory Schlein as I did last Saturday at Berwick.
  3. And he would do well to. Lets face it the competition in riding in the Premiership is just not anymore and if Lambert wants to reach the top level he wont do that racing here IMO. He must race the top riders in Poland and Sweden on a regular bases.
  4. Just dont mention it, how hard can it be. There is a family of four who sit next to me who said last night they will not come when live speedway is on in future, whether they mean it remains to be seen but its a regular occurrence and an unnecessary one.
  5. If Rosco is there next season you get the feeling Tai wont be
  6. The two positives out of the particular SoN for Team GB are that this must signal the end of Chris Harris`s international career, and that time is up for Rosco, completely inept all round.
  7. Possibly, remember we still have to have one race with one rider, as punishment I would make Harris go on his own.
  8. Injuries have robbed us of our best two riders but even taken that into consideration this is a pathetic performance from Team GB.
  9. Another kick in the shins for Rosco from Tai, must never been Tai`s biggest fan but I`m warming to him.
  10. To be fair the engine has to pull an extra two stone around so its going to struggle.
  11. So if Poland win this next years Final moves to Poland, Denmark win it goes to Denmark and so on. What happens if Australia win.
  12. What kept you, that happened with me months ago. Funny thing was I had only been following him for a few days.
  13. Many have mentioned about Dan Bewley should be in the team, but would he be fit enough to take his place after crashing at Peterborough last Monday. Personally I dont see him being ready to take the step up to this level as he seems to be still rebuilding his confidence from last seasons injuries, after that you are looking at Danny King, Steve Worrall etc with Chris Harris and Chris Harris after all has qualified for big meetings this season.
  14. Surely even Gary May is running out of excuses for his rider, track was the same for everyone and even the two young Somerset reserves put in some kind of effort, ok they did struggle but lack of experiencecwas a factor there, something that Schlein shouldve had to his advantage.
  15. As others have said it wasnt exactly a classic last night mostly down to the track conditions which were difficult to say the least but giving the rain we had yesterday we were lucky to see any speedway at all so well done to the Berwick track staff. Somerset made a shrewd choice of guest in Ben Barker as he was the most entertaining rider on show and while his team mates did the best they could it was never going to be good enough to stop Berwick, all his team mates that is apart from Rory Schlein who was a disgrace, totaly unprofessional and an embarrassment to Somerset Speedway, IMO the quicker they are rid of him the better, especially those Somerset fans on the back straight who made the times money and effort to come all this way to support their team, theyvdeserve better. Hopefully the BSPA will get Schlein as far away as possible from our younger riders. Finally I'm Not sure if anyone from the club reads these pages but please can we put an immediate stop to announcing results from meetings that are live at tv on a Saturday night. Yes I know yesterday's SoN meetingsvwss in the afternoon and yes the club put the Berwick meeting back to accommodate those wanting to watch the SoN but there stil some who were recording the tv meeting and didn't want to know the results, sadly out centre green announcer couldnt waitv to announce the Australia win.
