Glasgow v Edinburgh CL 30/6/19 @ 15.00
screm replied to Paulco's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Two race winners all meeting tells its own story for Edinburgh, another maximum for Cook and another very solid score from Kyle Bickley. -
Not only is this poster not telling their gender, his/her isn't telling their story as its two days now and so far not a titter.

But this info is available so if Howarth was unsure its relatively easy to find out if what is and what is not allowed. As mentioned ignorance is not a defence.

Congratulations to Leon Flint on being called up for couple of extra meetings, first up he will ride at Gdansk next Satuday in the European Under-21 Championships Semi Final, then six days later he will be part of the Team GB squad that competes at Belle Vue in the World Under-21 Team Final

Agree with much of your post as it would be great of an individual and a group came forward with money but its very unlikely. Thing is sometimes at Berwick it seems as though the club bites the hand that feeds at times in respect of the relationship between the club and the supporters club in recent times. -

Lets just hope that news of this postponement has reached everyone, not all supporters of Berwick have access to the internet. -

Obviously money is tight, I take we are all confident that Berwick will see out the season then. -

With the weather at the minute it seems a bit strange but we will see later on, what happened to always expect the speedway to run, maybe finances cant afford another rain off. -

Absolutely, there is only one person responsible for what they take and in this case its Howarth, if he has done anything wrong, but lets face it he pulled out the meeting last night and now Wolverhampton are making a team change, that could be Howarth. -

You would think by now that William Lawson would know if he has two bikes with him you`d think they would both be in the pits, examined and ready to go. Seems not, school boy error. -

Agree with you, and its not the first time. Sometimes the press releases, match reviews and previews and especially attributed quotes are a bit embarrassing to be honest. -

If its true he has failed a drugs test he could and should be stood down for a lot longer than that -

No matter if it were guest or R/R tomorrow night should be a comfortable home win. No problems weather wise. https://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/2655819 -
Latest from Sam Norris We are pleased to say after a very stressful and hectic day Sam is now in Addenbrookes. I flew with Sam with Scotstar who got us safely to Cambridge airport, Chris travelled by train. We would like to thank all the staff at Glasgow Royal children's hospital who cared for Sam and making it possible for him to be well enough to be transferred. They were absolutely outstanding and made us both feel a part of Sam's treatment, so thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you also to Ronald McDonald accommodation for giving us somewhere to stay and for our lovely chats. Now we begin Sam's ride to recovery. Claire and ChrisThank you also to Peter Facenna for providing accommodation for the days we didnt have other and Jim McGregor for his support.

First of all best wishes to Shane for a full and speedy recovery, but what an absolute hero his daughter is, what an amazing thing to do

Berwick v Leicester 22nd June @ 7pm

Thats a great effort, maybe the club could've included the finishing total either in their report on last nights match or they post it on the clubs Facebook page -

To be honest the shape of the track argument has been debated many times on this forum, the track size or shape is not going to change so we have get on with what we have. But it would be untrue to say we don't get good racing with the current shape but we don't get it on anything like a regular bases that must come back to track prep in the days leading up to a meeting. -

Those that thought that Berwick would pull this round on aggregate were deluding themselves I`m afraid and so it proved, in fact as I posted beforehand Berwick would have a job on just to win on the night and so it proved as Leicester ran out worthy winners and looked what they are, the best team in the league. One or two members in the Berwick team under performing of late and that needs to turn round very soon as more home defeats are likely if that isnt addressed
