I think you`re right, in that case then Peterborough might need a bit of luck with the fixtures and a bit of help from fellow promoters with those fixtures, if they go for Bjerre.
Agreed, this forum does need SCB back posting.
If Peterborough are wanting their No1 to be at every meeting then they will need to look elsewhere rather than go for Bjerre, if they are happy happy using guests then Bjerre`s the man for the Panthers.
Agreed it was probably against higher standard of rider, but Hall didn't exactly pull up any trees last season at reserve, he has a low average for a reason.
Agree with you, TWK started a thread announcing he would no longer take part in this forum, though I hope he still reads it, where as SCB hasent as yet as far as I am aware. I hope he returns soon.
Don`t forget Havelock snr has previous with this kind thing, and with this rider, IMO the quicker Havelock and his kind have nothing to do with speedway the better.
Season hasn't started, so there should be enough time between now and the start of the season where Scunthorpe don`t need a short term signing as there is still enough riders out there who can do a good job next season.
I hope the promotion do introduce two doctors, or two para medics, or a mix of the two, so we avoid delays when injured riders need to be transferred to a County ambulance.
If Peterborough are running Sundays at 5pm I find it difficult to believe that Bjerre could commit to a full season in the PL and a full season in Poland.
If Peterborough do sign Bjerre, he would be a draw and should be capable of good scores in the PL. Not sure if I agree with those who say he would clean up as IMO there are riders already in the PL who would give him a run for his money. You would think to get Bjerre to Peterborough there would have to be a tempting deal, but if the Panthers promotion have done their sums and Bjerre comes within budget its a no brainer really.
