  1. Some Berwick fans will hope that is the case. Thought Garcia might miss out on a team place over here for next season, so happy he has his chance with Glasgow. Agree with you on Garcia, sometimes at Berwick his kit wasn't the best, hopefully for him mounted on better bikes he will be a decent scorer for the Tigers.
  2. Maybe Edinburgh will bring in an assessed 5pt man, as they did for last season.
  3. Just a guess but I think young Tai will feel like a World Champion.
  4. While I think this rule change is a good one, and long overdue, I can see a scenario where this will be open to abuse.
  5. No definitely not local dialect, seems to be a World of his own with no passport required.
  6. Fitness may be Vissing`s biggest question to answer next season, if he returns to the form he had pre last seasons injury then Workington have made a good signing. Hopefully Claus has an injury free, and successful season with the Comets next season.
  7. Thankfully my team have kept their prices at 2015 prices, must admit £17-50 for an afternoons speedway seems very steep and will probably see some unable to afford to go every week. The Glasgow promotion has done many good things for the cities speedway team, but I think they`ve made a mistake with this one.
  8. I was answering the post from Starman, it was that post that mentioned "years ago".
  9. You must be delighted, hardly a post to be seen on this thread of late.
  10. I agree, but if one of those have an off night Glasgow could be in bother, maybe we should judge the team when its completed.
  11. As pointed out earlier, even if Kasprazak isn't the same rider as he was a few years ago, a weaker EL should still see him be a decent scorer.
  12. If that`s the script he sticks in 2016 then all is well, but if his scores are poor at Stal Gorzow then you can bet pressure will be brought upon Kasprazak to give one his other leagues a miss, and that could be Coventry, and as others have said he has form, maybe not at Coventry though.
  13. Is it sensible to sign a team with three reserves, Lunna, Branford and Ayres.
  14. In signing Kasprazak I see problems ahead for the Bees.
  15. I agree, it was debated earlier about how much practice the Team GB boys would get on the new track in Manchester, Nicholls and Craig Cook for that matter could be trump cards come the SWC Final giving the amount of laps they will do with Belle Vue.
  16. A bit like your NKI has signed for Kings Lynn post, looks like your Peterborough`s answer to COL24 on the Berwick threads, someone to be largely ignored.
  17. I think it probably would be, but our local font of knowledge seems to have over looked that fact.
  18. Maybe a change at the top of the BSPA will see a change that sees Nicholls return, or at least wanting to return, to ride for Team GB, and at his home track to.
  19. And maybe not, I know its one of the things on Buster Chapman`s to do list while he`s Chairman of the BSPA but I don't see it happening in time for 2016.
  20. Indeed they would, only fly in that particular ointment is that Newcastle use Mondays as their rain off day, or sometimes when they are racing Glasgow, though I think this season they ran both meetings on the same day so problem solved.
  21. https://twitter.com/TheAces Cook and Worrall back with the Aces. https://twitter.com/WolvesSpeedway Mikkel Bech goes to Wolves.
  22. And the winner of the wide of the mark post goes to....................... No NKI for KL.
  23. Glasgow look very top heavy to me, three great heat leaders who will be capable of winning a meeting on their own, but if one or more of them have an off night the Tigers might be in a bit of bother. Still three signings to go of course, but not many points to play with, hopefully for the Tigers their promotion will pull a rabbit out of the hat somewhere.
