  1. We seem to be going round in circles on this thread, Ward did this, he didn't do that. Cant wait for the verdict to be passed down, either way this forum will go into over drive.
  2. Hang on though we don't want to go over working our trophy cleaning lady over the winter months, she already has the Tweed/Tees Trophy to polish.
  3. The play offs are here to stay, but the down side is that you get meaningless meetings like this one, maybe the club will try the old there`s going to be a major announcement trick to try and tempt a few more along.
  4. David Bellego`s final attempt in the Under-21 Finals ended with a 10th place finish in the Czech Republic this afternoon, he finished the meeting with 7pts. The meeting was won by Kasper Gomolski, but the title went to Piotr Pawlicki.
  5. Edinburgh Monarchs ‏@EdinMonarchs 14m14 minutes ago After yet another forecasting failure by @metoffice, tonight's match against @diamondspeedway has been postponed
  6. Doyle qualifying for next years series hasn't done Wards claims to a wild card pick much good, and IMO next years wild cards picks could be the hardest ever to pick. NKI will get one, the other three are up for argument.
  7. Each to their own tastes but I`m finding the criticism of Nigel Pearson boring and out of order, speedway should be grateful we have someone within the media that can promote the sport, which I`m sure he does.
  8. Leszno did well to win on the night, but I don't see them holding on to their league as you get bet the Gorzow riders will be putting in the laps this week ready for next Sundays second leg.
  9. Agree most will look to Poland first, but I suppose if you don't try you never get.

  11. Rymel does quite a bit of work with the younger riders in Czech, though I`m sure will already have an extensive knowledge of all the younger riders from around Europe and further afield.
  12. Loosely translated Kasprzak was just saying how much he was looking forward to joining the Matej Zagar fan club.
  13. I`m delighted that Kasprzak is ok, but what a pathetic reaction from a GP rider.
  14. At least there`s an end in sight, when are the GP Wild Cards announced, if it was going to be soon after the end of the Torun GP in a couple of weeks, will BSI delay any announcement until after the Ward hearing.
  15. Andreas Jonsson Krystof Kasprzak Nicki Pedersen MJJ Lindgren to over take NKI.
  16. I agree, our asset base isn't exactly brimming at the minute, so a few brand new assets would go a miss, though it must be said the "old warhorses" didn't do so bad this season did they. Gjedde was only 8-08 for a reason. Agree, but we will need a fun fair outside Shielfield every week.
  17. Pijper would be a safe signing, not likely to hit big scores on a regular bases, but always likely to chip in with a few points. IMO I hope we look elsewhere for next season.
  18. If anyone should happen upon one or two dishevelled characters, looking the worse for wear. Please take pity on them, they are Berwick`s finest.
  19. So how has Ward stuck two fingers up to BSI. It can only be hoped for the well being of this forum that Ward receives some sort of ban.
  20. A few seasons ago a number of us put forward Summers as a potential signing, before he went to Birmingham, we were ridiculed by the "experts", Summers has gone on to be a decent scorer at PL and EL level.
  21. Don't think GB riders get a reduction any more.
