I’m not fussed either way, if he comes back then great if not then great also, he definitely has the talent Edited Saturday at 02:47 PM by THE DEAN MACHINE

Fair play to Garrity as he must have put some practice in. Can’t be easy turning to slide the bike wearing handcuffs.

I think the rest of the field in both of his only meetings must of been in handcuffs and leg irons also as jason made them all look like first timers, joking apart there are some buxton riders that really struggle to ride even after a few years of trying. tonyd
A while ago after a meeting at Sheffield a rider came out onto the track for a few practise laps, rider looked smart with kelvers and bike in the same colours. The rider looked fast and smooth and the people staying behind were interested until it became clear that the rider was Garrity where upon the majority of those watching turned away from the track and headed out towards the exit. Maybe that highlights the feelings that many fans have for the man.

There is the proof that until his identity was known he was merely plying his trade and entertaining people with his skill set.( if he was bricklayer would you not allow him to build your garden wall ) IMO people have the option to vote with their feet but surely not cut your nose off to spite your face .
Dornier Posted yesterday at 11:19 AM Report Share Posted yesterday at 11:19 AM (edited) If and when Jason comes back there wont be a single person boycotting any track, It's all talk. Give the bloke a chance. Its more likely the attendances will go up to see how he performs. "Give the bloke a chance" you say, he has been getting chances since he was a teenager & he will be 33 shortly. How many more chances do you think he might need before he sorts his life out?

As for chances zero point, won't last 2 months let alone a season. 9 hours ago, Dave Jones said: "Give the bloke a chance" you say, he has been getting chances since he was a teenager & he will be 33 shortly. WookieboyDon
To all the fools on here saying "Give him another chance", like he hasn't had more than enough already and clearly still hasn't leant his lesson... If it was your grandparent/relation that he had held at knifepoint in their own home, demanding bank cards to then wipe out their bank account...you wouldn't be defending him then would you?!!! It shouldn't matter whether it was your own relation or somebody else's, he is a vile scumbag who carried out the above crime...and still has a flagrant lack of respect for the law given his recent recalls to prison for breaching his licence. If he really wanted to change, that wouldn't have happened would it? His interview in Speedway Star earlier this year summed him up...crocodile tears and full of bullsh*t with no remorse, him lying about what he did the best example of that. If you want to pay his wages, go ahead...but when he lets your team down during the season because he is inside again, you asked for it. No whinging or whining...just wait for when he is released again and you can give him 'another chance'.
