Shortening the Championship season from April to August would push the same number of meetings into a shorter timescale and give the impression of a busier calendar, and more regular fixtures for fans. Once you get to September the weather is a lottery. Rider situation prevents shorter more regular season.Rethink needed but won’t happen. Wouldn't think so with the Oxford connection
szkocjasid
According to the unofficial averages, Kildemand will get a new average of 7.71 next Saturday. That will leave Berwick 2.15 under the points limit. Will they look to strengthen up?

The team has the potential when it’s all firing on the same night but 33/40 from three riders was concerning last night. Had one of the top 3 had an off night or bike issues it would have been a complete hammering. If nothing else the lower end of the team needs to be picking up a few more points away from home. We are missing wood but 3 points between 3 riders lost the meeting last night.

Would he come back on his old average or would he be reassessed? If he is reassessed could Hagon or Hume make way for him, Stuart isn't afraid to be ruthless with changes and if I remember correctly he was close with Nick

When Wood is fit again, can go to Edinburgh to replace Parker? I know it's not Berwick's prerogative to worry about Edinburgh strengthening up, but they'd have the knowledge a rider they are dropping (who has done nothing wrong) won't be without a team place for long, as I'm sure no club likes to leave a rider on the sidelines. Surely lessons were learnt after Boxall. Banned riders should return with +3 on their average. At the time everyone is appalled and cannot wait to see the back of said rider, a year or so passes, the sport is desperate for heat leaders and all is forgiven.

While not disagreeing with your sentiments, I feel it should be pointed out that Nick Morris did not fail any drug test. He just didn't take one.
