Arch Stanton Posted yesterday at 05:42 AM Report Share Posted yesterday at 05:42 AM https://ipswichwitches.co/raceday-guide-sheffield-a/ Riding order has been changed for this one for Ipswich. Ellis moves to two, Emil to three and Brennan to Five.
Badge
Hmmm with Tom's slight blip in form we'll need to have meeting won by 13 then. Tbh whatever the riding order would be surprised to win this one.
InTheDeepStuff
A lot depends on it it’s pre 2024 injuries Doyle and Emil turn up or if it’s the inconsistent 2025 versions. This will be the closest match of the season at Owlerton and can see Sheffield nicking this by 6-10 points

ShanoXtra
This will be our first defeat I personally think. Sheffield are so strong at home, Doyle had a poor Grand Prix and a poor meeting at the weekend was lucky to not get excluded twice for moving! His bikes look slow abroad, hopefully he will have it figured out for this one back on English soil. Emil isn’t having an amazing start to season but a good start. This will be his first time the team needs to be firing on all cylinders from 1-7. Picko will get double figures with J. Holder. Can any of ours hit double figures? Whatever the score it’ll be a great matchup… I’m gutted I can’t be there as I’m flying early on Friday to Warsaw. TTT
Don't understand the riding order change at all tbh, Sheffield is Brennan's weakest away track imo, Tom has never really done much around Owlerton. Fancy the Tigers to win this 48 - 42.

Brennan's scores are definitely iffy at Owlerton, but he did manage to score a paid max guesting for the Tigers last season... so lets hope that version of TB turns up on Thursday 🤞

Arch Stanton
I wouldn’t say ANY of our top three (Doyle, Emil, Brennan) have hit top gear yet which shows our strength as we have a 100% record. It’ll be tested here for sure and wouldn’t like to predict any result. Could be close if the top three come to the party.
ellioth4
Riding order change will be interesting for Ipswich on Thursday at Sheffield, this is a top two clash and I think Sheffield are tough to beat at home can see them stopping Ipswich’s unbeaten run. I’m going sheffield on Thursday and wanted to have the carvery in the restaurant, does anyone know how much it costs for a meal? Thanks
Manifesto
Always a tough one when Ipswich come to town. It should be an entertaining meeting both teams reserves have been scoring well, Adam Ellis has never come back to haunt us at Owlerton maybe this could be the meeting? Both teams have so many in form riders hard one to predict. I think if Chris Holder finds his usual setup that will see us through for a 6 point home win
dontforgetthefueltapsbruv
I think Sheffield should have enough to pick up the win, albeit a tight one under a 10 point margin It could actually be a good thing for the Witches as it would just reduce a bit of the hype If Sheffield can make it 16+ then that's more of a statement of their own potential
ShanoXtra
Do we think the riding order is for Emil to nullify picko scoring a max? Be super weird to see Doyle and Brennan line up for heat 13!
