Kept it quiet to try and get fans to turn up imo, Especially with it being a TV meeting where crowds are normally down.

Birmingham really should win this now, Kurtz would've gone through the card imo.

Birmingham struggle to win at home at the best of times, both teams using RR for their No1, I am thinking the reserves hold the key to this but whoever has their gating gloves on will win.

Bugger!

The Aces injury curse strikes again. Last year in our quest for league glory we completed only half our meetings - including play offs with our permanent 1-7. Fingers crossed we don’t get a repeat this season.

Seems I am wrong (yet again) Bewley at 1.

Indeed - new averages on 1st June.

I will argue forever that it's s stupid Reg to force the top average to be at #1 - it doesn't suit every rider, and also means that teams have to change their line-up for no particular reason, e.g. I'm sure BV would be happy to stick with Kurtz and 1 and Bewley at 5.  Team Managers should at least have the choice to put the top average rider at #1 or #5.

There`s literally 50 people there.

Or as my husband dryly commented "there are more tractors than spectators"

[He was impressed by Paco's tache, but he left the room muttering something about going to watch some paint dry]

You'd expect the top 4 to take Kurtz's rides - it's difficult if one of those needs to be carried.

Witches in a similar position at KL tonight - when it finally gets underway ...

Cook is going to have to step up, think Ipswich will cope better tbh
