its a shame it isnt on TV.  im a bit annoyed that TNTs inferior coverage of Brum versus Belle Vue takes precedence.

Surely that's because Aces v Brummies is a league fixture.  I don't have TNT so wouldn't be watching that anyway, whichever meeting they showed.

My guess, looked at the match ups and its the best I could think of, happy for this to be used as a "this aged well" post later tonight :D

Probably totally way out!

1. R Lawson  - 11

2. P Kildemand  - 4

3. N Klindt -  5

4. C Harris - 6

5. N K Iversen - 7

6. J Kvech - 10

7. A Boughen - 2

Total -  45

1. E Sayfutdinov -  13

2. R/R

3. A Ellis - 8

4. T Brennan - 11

5. D King -  8

6. S Lambert - 1

7. J Jenkins - 4

Total - 45

That’s way more realistic than Kings Lynn winning 52-38

Wonder if we”ll see a repeat of Boughen pulling out after a ride(s), and a GP rider taking his remaining programmed rides….

Could only happen if Boughen had an injury though, can’t just refuse otherwise they’d just be no rider rather than Jan taking his place

Difficult to prove either way isn’t it? It happened earlier in the season. He WAS struggling with a bit of an injury at that time though if my memory isn’t letting me down, but it’s something that’s open to abuse. It’s basically a free tactical substitute isn’t it? A rider at rising star shouldn’t in any circumstances, be replaced by a senior reserve. If a rising star is injured and can’t take remaining programmed rides, then that team has to take the bad luck and go with one rider.

I agree, that should be the case. A number 6 shouldn’t be able to take the rest of the rising stars’ programmed rides for sure

If any rider pulls out, they have to be signed-off as unfit by the track medic to enable other rides to be taken - that's why Glasgow had to go with only three riders in Boughen's fourth programmed ride at Edinburgh.

Or have a number 8 present to take any remaining RS rides.

BSN were originally screening the fixture tonight but TNT then added the Brum v Belle Vue fixture as a replacement for the rain off last week.  BSN are not permitted to show matches for the premiership when TNT are broadcasting.

BSN will be at Ipswich or Sheffield on Thursday, depending on which they think will be the best option for the second leg.

Theyve already scheduled Oxford vs Kings Lynn on 12th June as the replacement fixture for tonight's match.

Yes - and Thursday, 5th June is in their schedule as a tbc. BSN confirmed on their Facebook page that the meeting covered will depend on tonight's results 👍

Was this not the same sh!t that happened with Ipswich and Sheffield final one time where we couldn’t watch the final due to Eurosport?

We as fans should be given the choice TNT match or BSN in my opinion.

Not sure I follow what is going on but how can GP rider sit at reserve in the UK. Either he is poor in which case he should not be in a GP and more deserving riders should be or the UK speedway authorities have lost the plot and not prevented such an event occurring. No wonder no one takes it seriously. It a circus with clowns running the show.
