Could possibly cope without Doyley for a short spell but Dan Thompson is irreplaceable with the form he was in. Double digit swing in meetings without Dan in the side. You might be right. Ellis should score more, and i can't see Kvech bagging 16, or Bomber 13. Could go either way tbh. Would very a good test to see if he's ready for it. Plus he has done quite well at the smaller/techincal tracks in the Championship recently like Plymouth and Edinburgh.

I agree Tobias would be a decent signing for Ipswich but part of me is worried it could affect his desire to do well for Poole.
Bagpuss
Thought that was a really good cup tie. Plenty of hard fought heats and several passes in front of a very healthy crowd. I don't think six points will be anywhere enough and unfortunately again the Stars struggled to churn out heat advantages but it was good to have a decent atmosphere and plenty of away fans in attendance. Kvech and Bomber were excellent while the others all had their moments except Ashton who surely must be done now. Sayfutdinov was fantastic in four rides and completely uninterested in the other two which was made for an odd performance. Jenkins I thought was excellent and battled harder than anyone. King and Brennan were fabulous when they gated and nowhere when they didn't and Ellis rode his nuts off for little reward. If Lynn start like they did on Mayday then you never know but I expect Ipswich to win comfortably on aggregate.

Bash
How about Jake Allen for Thompson, he currently has a 6.85 championship average, don't know what the conversion rate is but we have up to 5.06 to use. Don't know number 6 riders don't get the 5% home increase.
flagrag
From what I heard at Leicester tonight sounds like Dans wrist is not healing very well at present and still in pain . I believe he is going to get it checked again next week then may have to look at Operation to sort it out . Ipswich may have to make a change if going be another 6-7 weeks and need to act quick as having a feeling BV will be chasing the same riders
flagrag
Options to replace rising stars this year are very limited as Leicester and Kings Lynn are finding especially when young upcoming prospects like Harrison,Scott feel that they are not ready. Looking at the list Sam Hagon is probably the best option currently available

If Boughen scores 0,0,0 so be it as long as you could see he tried. Its the giving up in every race that really pi$$es me off. This is the reason he has to go.I would rather see someone else come in,even if they scored 0 as long as they didn't give up and you could see the effort going in.Boughen actually scored us -1 last night, when he fell Iversen was comfortable in the lead, then of course we all know what happens in the re-runs😮💨 2

Guest booking that didn't make any sense tbh. Think it's game over if Hume guests at Foxhall as Kvech will fill his boots again. Palm Toft? About to get back on the saddle with Edinburgh so equipment should be decent. Surprised you guys didn’t use him yesterday…unless he wasn’t asked. Can’t imagine he would’ve declined the booking. If I recall correctly he’s always been half decent at Foxhall as well

Hope the rain doesn't cause a call off till later in the season when doyle and Thompson are potentially back - as that will make our life a little bit harder - although Ben would hopefully be back as well...
