Dan Thompson had rotten luck with his bikes all night that didn't help, Just one of those days at the office. Ipswich will still win the bonus point as BV will have a minimum of 4 passengers around Foxhall. Not so sure I think they’ve got every chance personally. Yes they’ll have some passengers, but I think the top three will have a point to prove away from the NSS and will have a determination to see it through. They certainly won’t be as bad as last time that’s impossible.

I’m sure Ouch is his alter ego, sensible reasonable Mike, Troll Ouch, but sometimes the mask slips.. How very dare you.... Ouch is a lot less subtle... Makes me laugh though... Some Ippo fans do seem to bite easily... Not your good self though, fair play... Anyone mentioned injuries yet? The Aces have zero chance of the bonus I would think.. Personally if I was an Ipswich fan I would be a little worried with the "engine room". No injuries there, and all good riders, but they do appear a bit of a weak link when the pressure is on and they don't get Heat Leader and Reserve scoring protection.. Leicester definitely would fancy going head to head with Witches in the play offs, especially if they can keep RR second in the averages...
ShanoXtra
We aren’t as dominant as we were encouraged to think at the start of the season. Injuries have played a part but guess what… they are injured and we have to deal with it. I can see us losing more on the road and to Sheffield and Belle Vue at Foxhall if we aren’t careful. In my opinion if we don’t win the league this year then it’s a long time until we do. Doyle and Emil are what 41/37 next year and Kurtz and Bewley 10+ yrs younger and Kurtz is flying, if he can sort out his dominance away from home with consistency then Belle Vue have a chance to dominate the league for a while with the right team building around the power pack.

Fact is I got the match pretty much spot on I just don’t think that over 2 legs IF we have a fully fit 1-7 that Belle Vue would beat us….. As I said their heat leaders can’t do much better than they did tonight ….. Doyle Dan and Jordan all can do I think over 2 legs we would win

I don’t think the league structure will allow the likes Kurtz, Bewley, Doyle & Emil to all ride over here next year. I do agree this is our best chance in years.

King has been great this season Ellis and Brennan are consistently inconsistent I agree Hopefully Dan T is back up to 8 and 9 a meeting especially at home …. But if we don’t get Doyle back to full fitness we won’t win a thing . If Bewley and Kurtz can suss Foxhall then you can get the bonus point
stevebrum
Didn’t expect that result but given Witches are only half a team fit it’s not surprising.

gjcone44
anyway i was at the meeting and there was some very good racing, good atmosphere actually where we was standing. Danny king got a big round of applause from the aces fans, when he came round after that win. you can never appreciate the speeds when watching on tv. any of you lot sat on a bike at them speeds the last thing would say is its boring. Shame none of the others ride that well away from home means that over 2 legs you will come up short most of the time We've won the league 2 out of last 3 years and if not for injurys would have at least won it 3 out of last 4, keep the top 2 and we will win it plenty more times. I think what he said was perfectly fair. When you make a daft prediction, people are quick to point it out, but rarely happens the other way. So naturally you'll want to pat yourself on the back. Nought wrong with that.
Odds On
Doyle still doesn't look 100% race fit. Over two legs you would fancy Ipswich to win, Belle Vue were well served by their two studs. Now off on a tangent, some on this forum give Tatum and Nicholls stick, well fekk me if you had listened to last nights commentators you would have nothing but praise for Kelvin and Scott...last night there was some really decent races only to be made out to be a bore fest by Staechmann and his co commentator. GeneralMelchett
Expected this to be a bit closer (6-8pts) but Jason and Dan both scored less than expected - Playoff predictions just got a bit more difficult!
