Just a reminder to allow extra time to get to Foxhall with the Orwell Bridge works ongoing.

Is the bridge actually open?  Wrote that before reading newer posts,,, sorry.

🤔

Drivers will be unable to travel westbound across the Orwell Bridge in Suffolk overnight due to closures.

National Highways said it needed to shut a lane in the contraflow system, which is in place from 20:00 until 06:00 BST, on the nights of 16 and 17 July.

The eastbound carriageway through the contraflow is to remain open.

alternartive route back then! Thanks for the warning! Apple maps confirms usual route back is a no go tonight!

Ritchie Hawkins needs to shake them all up. Emil and Doylie albeit still great riders are not putting in the 14's they once did. 10 to 12 now the normal scores (from 5) so the only way Ipswich will win the premiership is if the slack is taken up elsewhere and it seems to me that with Ellis, King and Brennan only one of them usually turns up at any match, certainly away from home.

He should be worried that large leads were squandered at Birmingham in April, Oxford last week and now Lynn. And they are the worst teams so it time for them to buck up or prepare for another year of disappointment.

You have to wonder if it's being done on purpose to keep averages down.

The top 4 can now pretty much just stroll into the Play-offs, where any team is going to face 2 of the other 3 teams if they get to the final, so does it matter where they finish.

Does anyone know if season tickets are valid for tonight's meeting?

I don't think so.  I'm planning on having to pay.

Maybe our top two are now on the decline,, Emil isn't exactly smashing big points in every week in Poland either

It matters to the riders pockets,as most will be paid by the point. No one wants to lose out on their money I would think.

It's easy to forget that he will be 36 this October. He's probably past his peak now...

I think most if not all of the top guys will have significant guarantees

So five of the team will be on points money meaning they would lose money by massaging their averages.

I heard the other night on the terraces at Lynn that Emil and Jason are both on a £4k guarantee

If that was true why would Doyle & Sayfutdinov routinely miss out on heat 15 (unless the match depends on it)?

Unless scoring more points earns them more than a guarantee, would it not make sense to give them more rides?
