They definitely need a guest at Glasgow rather than r/r imo. Jason Edwards or Jake Allen fits, r/r is always a risk.

Can’t use a rider from another play off side or a rider who’s already guested for a play off side. Which would rule Edwards out. we don’t have much in the way of options but Jake Allen probably being the best of them.

Just realised you can use everyone except Palovaara for r/r so that maybe best option
JanAndersen
I suspect I’m wrong else he’d have been suggested by now but doesn’t Nick Morris now have a low enough average to be qualify as a guest?

JanAndersen
I think I’d go with r/r before I picked up the phone to Jake Allen tbh.

Allen has scored 6 consistently at Ashfield and would be at the ‘easier’ number 2 position. Sedgy, VP and Kye have all struggled there recently, I’m sure they could do without the extra pressure of covering Paco. I kind of had forgotten that it would be at no.2

It was an odd choice of guest wasn't it? I'm sure he'll have his gating gloves on this Friday and come in with double figures. Depending on the guest choice i'd be tempted to hide him at no. 2 tbh!

You know he’s scoring double figures on Friday night. Guests have been crazy this season. Jeppesen was risking it all for Poole tonight, even with nothing left to play for, yet we’ve had MPT, Klindt, Bowes, etc. not try a leg for us.

R/R looking like the only option now unfortunately.

You do have trouble with guests, maybe something to do with Cami.
Gazc Posted yesterday at 08:27 AM Report Share Posted yesterday at 08:27 AM It’s not until you get to this stage of the season that you realise how much of a Mickey Mouse sport speedway is. Just a case of attending for what it is and forgetting the circus of never having a full team.

Injuries have always been part of speedway and unless we move to a squad system (obviously unsustainable financially) then guests and r/r will always be there. What should be addressed is promotions building teams with riders that routinely aren’t available due to commitments elsewhere.
