To me that sounds like they have options for signings, but are happy to use guests as they feel they are stronger (perhaps not for long) and want to find the best rider available (obviously). So I don't see why the BSPL should grant am extension of the guest facility for Bowes in this instance. For a heat leader, I can understand clubs struggling for a replacement, but for a reserve, when there's options (Fredriksen, Bowtell, Morley) 28 days is long enough.
