Kennett brings a wealth of experience to Cheetahs – the 39-year-old twice finished second in the British Final, while he was British Under-21 Champion in both 2005 and 2007." This was from the 2nd of June so 28 days would have been the last day of June. I'm honestly not sure whether he has signed another 28-day replacement contract (which would expire on the 28th of July) or whether he is just guesting now for Oxford until the situation with Riss becomes fully known. A 28 day contract is a minimum of 28 days. Hence Redcar signing Nicolai Klint on a 28 day contract and he stayed 15 weeks.,
Pirates Of Poole
What’s the rule on signings after 75% of fixtures are completed?

Google ai says no. Only riders returning from injury after cut off can come into the team 🤷♀️ But link they use is from 2024, so unless it has changed since then 👀

lewy
Didn't scunthorpe sign Jacob hook after they had completed more than 75% of their fixtures to replace an injured rider?
Paul Johnson
Are Scunny expected to run with 6 men? i can understand if it was a transfer but surely you are allowed to replace an injured rider?

League, BSN, KO and everything?

I agree with the logic that a transfer should be allowed, but if the clubs don't plan for these situations & have to use guests till the end of the season, it's their fault! szkocjasid
1 hour ago, LisaColette said: Gilkes is injured, Howarth isn't. Glasgow need a signing more than Scunthorpe did. Scunny could have used guests or r/r all season, but Glasgow only get a 28 day facility. Means there could be a situation where a rider leaves a club, but they can't sign a replacement & the facility runs out before the Important matches at the end of the season 🤔 Edited August 3 by szkocjasid
